That sounds like such a huge number and almost too overwhelming you don't know where to start.
 
 The thing is, so many people start a weight loss journey, and then give up after a few weeks but lets just break this down for a moment
 
I can almost guarantee you didn’t put on 20kgs in a few weeks so why would you expect to lose it in a few weeks
 
Instead of focusing on the big number, focus on what you can do DAILY, because that will compound  over time
