Welcome to part 3 of our Women’s Health Series
Todays topic is all about fitness, movement, types of training, how our body works and responds to the types of trainings. And guys, this is my place right now.
As I was writing out these notes, I could’ve kept writing for a long time. If you don't know my background, I spent 10 years as a personal trainer and built it up to a 6 figure group fitness business prior to what I do now.
I also have represented NZ in rowing, and done a couple marathons, 1/2 dozen 1/2 marathons, ive done a bit of CrossFit, guys, ive done so much! I haven’t just taught this, ive done the do. Ive been through some incredibly hard events and races and had to train for all of it too.
So I know what it all feels like to be in all different heart rate zones and types of training but today, I wanted to break this down for you to be as simple as I can make it for you and get you to understand what’s happening in the body and how to know what’s going to suit you best for your current life style.
