I share some reflections on parenting and the learning curve that comes with raising young kids especially when they’re your first and you don’t always know what’s “normal” or what’s coming next.
Ive always found myself paying more attention to families with kids slightly older than ours and taking mental notes on the stages and what theyre doing.
It’s a reminder that parenting is a constant learning process, and sometimes the best insight comes from simply observing what other families are navigating.
I also talk about how capable kids really are, and why gently pushing their boundaries can help them grow, learn and build confidence while they’re still young.
This episode is a reminder that none of us have it all figured out, we’re all learning as we go.
