In this episode, I reflect on how much the personal training world has changed since I first started in the industry back in 2014. Recently I began training with a PT again, and it brought back so many memories of those early days,  the environment, the trends, the mindset around fitness, and how the industry operated at the time.

It also made me realise just how much the industry has evolved. From the rise of social media and online coaching, to shifts in training styles, client expectations, and the way personal trainers now build their businesses.

What hasn’t changed though is the importance of consistency. Trends will always come and go, and the way we do business will continue to evolve, but the people who stay committed, keep learning, and adapt along the way are the ones who continue to grow.

This episode is a reflection on that journey, the changes I’ve seen over the years, and a reminder that evolution in business is normal,  the key is staying consistent while the industry moves around you.
