I've had a career in mental health counseling but I've found wellness in some of the outer fringes and this podcast is all about exploring those outer fringes. Topics include being a psychonaut, spiritual practices, nutrition,mental health, lifestyle changes, the pursuit of authentic happiness, love dieting and shadowwork just to name a few. This podcast is about seeking and finding the right answers wherever we might find them. Let's talk about life. At the end of the day, there's one main message here. Overthinking is a mental plague that is defeating a lot of people and causing a lot of issues including anxiety, depression and even other extreme issues such as trauma and psychosis. In this episode, I talk about the issues that arise from overthinking and rumination. I've also noticed that if you slow your thoughts, you'll naturally improve your mental health. I also cover some simple methods that will help you do that.
