Mind Over Me - The mental wellness podcast
All things about wellness and personal mastery presented to you by a licensed therapist and self-mastery enthusiast. This podcast is meant to give you a fresh cup of perspective in a world spiraling into illness and dysfunction. In order to unlock self-mastery and wellness we have to look outside of the box and abandon the conventional. I've had a career in mental health counseling but I've found wellness in some of the outer fringes and this podcast is all about exploring those outer fringes. Topics include being a psychonaut, spiritual practices, nutrition,mental health, lifestyle changes, the pursuit of authentic happiness, love dieting and shadowwork just to name a few. This podcast is about seeking and finding the right answers wherever we might find them. Let's talk about life. At the end of the day, there's one main message here.
