91. Why Consistency Looks Different for Men and Women (Especially in Your 30s and 40s)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Most women don’t struggle with consistency because they lack discipline.
They struggle because they’re trying to apply rules that were never designed for their female body or their stage of life.
In this episode, we look at why habits that once felt easy can suddenly require far more effort, why pushing harder often backfires in your 30s and 40s, and how many women unknowingly start working against their own nature while trying to “stay on track.”
If you’ve been wondering why your body no longer responds the way it used to, this conversation may help you better understand why and reframe the way you think about it.
Enjoy!
Jess
