New Wayz Podcast
The mental health and wellness podcast that’s as real as it gets — with a little humor and a lot of heart. I’m Christina Pehr, a certified life coach and registered nurse, sharing unfiltered stories, fresh perspectives, and lived experiences to help us grow, heal, and show up as our best selves. This is a no-judgment zone where we explore everything from emotional well-being to physical health, mindset shifts, and finding joy in life’s messiness. Sometimes it’s just me, sometimes guests join with their own insights. My goal? To make mental health feel approachable, relatable, and even a little fun, while giving you tools you can actually use.

Women vs. Women: Why We Compete, How We Heal, and How We Lift Each Other
In this episode, I sit down with the founders of Flourish — two grounded, intentional women who are doing the work to bring more connection and healing amongst women into the world. We dive into the whole “women vs. women” thing… where it comes from, why some of us have never really experienced it, and why others grew up around it and still feel the impact today.
We talk about the scarcity mindset, the subtle ways conditioning shows up, and how a lot of the competition or judgment between women usually comes from an internal wound — not a reflection of the person being judged. We also get into what it actually looks like to build each other up instead, how community shifts everything, and why there truly is enough space, opportunity, and success for everyone.
This isn’t a lecture — it’s just a real conversation about how we show up for each other, what we’ve learned, what we’ve unlearned, and how we can start breaking the old narratives that pit women against each other. If you’ve ever felt the tension, the comparison, the weird energy between women, or if you’re working on being more supportive and open yourself… this one’s for you.
