I talk through the first steps into my “new world”: mindfulness, energy awareness, meditation, breathwork, and somatic healing — not as abstract concepts, but as practical tools that helped me regulate, process pain, and stay grounded through change. We also dive into embracing discomfort as part of the human experience, observing thoughts without identifying with them, and what it really means to step into your authentic self.
This conversation is me openly thinking out loud — sharing the core ideas, tools, and inner reminders that have been genuinely helpful and that I still implement in my life today.
