Alex Bishop is a Level III Fascial Stretch Specialist, Basic & Performance RockTape Provider, and Stick Mobility Coach with over 15,000 hours of experience working with clients of all ages and abilities  -- from toddlers to Olympians.  Over the past 12 years, he's helped thousands of individuals improve mobility, recover from injury, and perform at their best.  

Known for his ability to identify the root cause of dysfunction, Alex uses a massage table and soft straps to apply gentle traction and targeted stretching, focusing on one side of the body at a time.  His work is guided by listening to the tissue and allowing the body to lead the way.  Fascial Stretch Therapy has shown him the power of natural, non-invasive methods in supporting healing and restoring movement, and he remainsi passionate about learning and evolving in service to his clients.
