•Hormones shift
•Healing gets put on hold
This is the sympathetic state (fight, flight, or freeze).
But true healing only happens in the parasympathetic state—when the body feels safe enough to:
•Repair tissue
•Regulate inflammation
•Process emotions
•Restore balance
You can have the cleanest diet, the best supplements, the most advanced therapies but if your nervous system is dysregulated, the body won’t fully receive it.
This is why people often feel stuck:
