34. Boundaries as Self-Care Series | Part 1

Todays episode kicks off our April Boundaries Series and I am so excited!

My hope is that by the end of this 5-part series, we all feel more empowered to view boundaries as a self care practice... a genuine act of self love that strengthens all of the relationships in our lives and ultimately allows us to show up lighter and brighter. 

This series is not just about boundaries.

Its about radical honesty with Self, its about authenticity, its about the power of choice, its about personal responsibility, its about toxic relationships, its about childhood wounds, its about manipulating for self worth, it's about high-functioning codependency… and so much more.

The topic of boundaries encompasses SO much. 

And while I will do my best to cover all the things throughout this series, this will be a topic that continues to unfold on the podcast. 

Because as we will discuss… boundaries themselves evolve as we evolve.

This isnt a one and done or a one size fits all. This is an ongoing reassessment. Realignment. Course correction. Regular self-care check-in.
