Today's episode is Part 5 of a 7-part series on holistic health!

This series illustrates what it means to be beauty-full from the inside out and how to embody self-care as your most whole and authentic and radiant Self.

It truly is what I am so passionate about and I cannot wait to dive in deeper with you! (Stay tuned for more exciting opportunities coming!)

Today's pillar of health is Meditation.

I can wholeheartedly say that the practice of meditation has not only changed my life, but has quite literally saved my life.

This episode hopefully demystifies meditation for anyone listening who has been hesitant to give it a try... and for any seasoned meditators listening, I hope that this episode is a reminder of the foundation, the basics, the gift that this practice is.

We explore:

  • Different types of meditations
  • The mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of meditation
  • A universal mantra that you can use
  • What meditation truly is, and what it's not (spoiler alert: it is NOT ceasing all thoughts!)
  • How to create a consistent practice that works with your lifestyle
