76. The Key to True Manifestation: Getting our Mind, Heart, and Body N*SYNC

Where are you sacrificing your health, your life force, for someone else's legacy?
That question came to me like a brick over the head.
We all know about the impacts of chronic stress... but today's reframe has radically changed my viewpoint and how I am approaching stress in my day-to-day.
Todays episode is about true manifestation: the better body, the better health, more happiness, the better relationship… it starts with our foundation. It starts with remembering our power of choice. It starts with intentionally creating the feelings that we want to experience and allow genuine root cause healing to manifest... which sometimes means doing deeper into the cobwebs with courageous honesty first.
We explore:
- Glimmers vs. Triggers
- The importance of daily pattern interruptions and consciously choosing new feelings
- How to increase creativity and longevity and how we are sabotaging ourselves
- The benefits of consciously noticing and loving the good everyday
- Working in partnership with our bodies
