We are in a season of transformation. An energy shift. A change in momentum.
Maybe you can feel this in your own life... this stirring. Maybe you can notice it with the blooming of the daffodils out your window. Maybe you can sense it with the light staying later here in the northern hemisphere.
But no matter where you are at in the world… things are shifting.
Today's episode talks about how to best prepare for this change in energy... this change in season. We explore how to ride the wave of the energy rather than getting swept away or knocked off center. When we work with the rhythms of nature, we optimize our lives.
