There are seasons in life when everything feels clear, aligned, and moving forward… and then there are seasons that feel uncertain, tender, undone. The spaces where things are falling away before anything new has fully arrived. The in-between. The messy middle.

In this episode, I want to talk about what it means to be in a season of transition — when you feel like you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming yet. The moments where life feels disorganized, chaotic, confusing, unclear, or difficult to make sense of. The places where we often judge ourselves the most, when maybe what we actually need is softness, compassion, and trust.

Today’s conversation is an invitation to pause inside the becoming. To honor the cycles of death and rebirth that exist within nature, within our bodies, and within our lives. To explore how messiness may not be a sign that something is wrong — but evidence that something sacred is unfolding.

I’ll be sharing a personal journal entry, reflections on the changing seasons, the symbolism of the “messy middle,” and practical ways to care for yourself when you feel overwhelmed, untethered, or caught between chapters.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re in transition… if things feel uncertain, extra emotional, or not yet resolved… this episode is for you.
