Today's episode is probably my most personal so far.

And yet it is certainly not intended to be just a beautifully polished narrative about ME.

It is recorded with the intention of inviting you into a safe space where you might not feel so alone with anything you might be struggling with: health scares, fertility fears, relationship challenges, depression… LIFE.

Admittedly… I have felt lost and alone myself for the better part of the last couple of years. And something that I have learned firsthand is: Healing doesn’t happen in silence.

Yes, we might need to go into the silence of our own Being to understand the wound that needs healing, but it is through vulnerability, openness, sharing, and radical honesty that we can find the light again.

Some of the topics explored in this episode are:

  • How to differentiate between hiding and incubating when it comes to your healing process
  • The importance of trusting your intuition and your body's wisdom over systemic medical advice
  • How to choose and say yes to yourself, even if that might look like everything falling apart

I hope that this episode will remind you that your journey of emergence begins in the dark, where transformation quietly and courageously takes root.
