In this episode of Sukany4 β The Podcast, I took a walk around the picturesque Derwent Water in Keswick with the inspiring Sinead Torley.
We dived deep into her experience as a working mum, juggling full-time work and raising her kids, all while volunteering for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and founding the Cumbria BA network.
We shared our mutual love for business analysis, discussing the human impact of implementing changes in a business and geeking out over the challenges of the profession. Sinead also opened up about her latest project, defining a business analysis service to help clarify BA roles and set boundaries, providing a valuable communications tool for stakeholders. Sheβll be sharing more about this at the IIBA conference in September 2024. Plus, we talked about her exciting collaboration with Cambridge University, which launched this month.
True to her BA nature, Sinead even turned the conversation back on me at one point, sneaky, but I loved it! Check out the episode for a mix of insightful business analysis discussions and light-hearted life chats.
