In today's episode, we will be sharing one of the practices we use to help us release, receive, come back into alignment and connect with the divinity within and all around us.

Speaker 2:

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can fully relax and be undisturbed. Sit or lie down in a position that allows your body to feel supported. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in. Exhale slowly, allow any tension to melt away with each breath, softening your shoulders, releasing your jaw and sinking deeper into comfort, knowing that you are fully supported. Imagine yourself sitting in a peaceful, sunlit meadow, surrounded by rolling green hills. The scent of fresh earth and blooming flowers fills the air. A warm breeze brushes against your skin, whispering of the steady rhythms of nature Beneath you. The earth is solid and unwavering, offering you its unshakable support. Now bring your awareness to the base of your spine, where your root chakra resides. This energy center is the foundation for your security, stability and sense of belonging. Imagine a warm, glowing red light beginning to radiate from this space, pulsing gently with each breath With every inhale. Feel this light growing brighter, stronger and more stable With every exhale. Release any tension, any fear. Release instability that may be lingering within you as this energy strengthens. Envision your root chakra extending downward like powerful roots into the earth, intertwining with the deep, rich soil and crystalline structures. Feel the embrace of Mother Gaia as she welcomes you home. She provides for you, nourishes you and holds you in unwavering support. You are deeply connected to her energy. No matter what is happening in your life, you are always supported, always grounded, always safe.

Speaker 2:

Imagine a great, giant ancient tree nearby. Its trunk, sturdy, its branches. Strong and expansive, this tree has weathered countless seasons, bending with the winds of change, but never breaking. See yourself as this tree resilient, deeply rooted, unshaken by the storms of life. No matter what changes around you, your foundations remain firm. Feel the strength of Taurus Wrapping around you like a warm embrace, reminding you that you do not need to rush. There is beauty in patience and slowing down, in trusting the natural unfolding of life. The earth moves with its own perfect rhythm, and so do you rhythm, and so do you Bring awareness to your body, noticing the sensation of breath filling your lungs, the steady beat of your heart, the way your body feels, supported by the surface beneath you.

Speaker 2:

Everything is exactly as it should be. You are whole, present and connected to the infinite stability of the universe. Trace your breath flowing into your body and, with each exhale, feel yourself ground closer to the earth. Thank you, in this deep grounded energy, feeling centered, relaxed, supported. Repeat these affirmations, silently or aloud. I am grounded, strong and secure, is balanced and connected to the earth. I trust in the stability of my foundation. I embrace change with grace and resilience. I move through life at my own divine pace. I am deeply connected to the wisdom of Earth. Relax, enjoy this grounded energy, this infinite love from Mother Gaia this peace and your inner purpose.

Thank you ¶¶. Thank you so. So begin to bring awareness back into your body, into the present moment. Feel the weight of your body where you're connected to the earth. Maybe wiggle your fingers, twist your spine, take a deep, steady breath in feeling the solid ground beneath you as you exhale. Release any lingering tension, knowing that you are safe and supported. When you feel ready, open your eyes, carrying this sense of strength, stability and inner peace with you.
