Visualizing White Healing Light
Speaker 1Hello everyone, welcome to this guided energy clearing meditation and this moment of peace and renewal. I invite you to find a comfortable seat or lie down in a space where you feel safe and at ease. Allow your body to relax and take a deep breath in and out. As you settle in, gently close your eyes and feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you. Allow yourself to let go of any tension you may be holding in your shoulders, your jaw or your forehead. With each breath, allow yourself to drop deeper into a state of relaxation. Now take a moment to set an intention for this energy clearing session. You may want to release anything that's no longer serving you or perhaps invite fresh energy into your being, whatever it is. Hold it in your mind and know that during this meditation you'll clear the way for more peace, clarity and alignment. Now take a slow, deep breath in filling your lungs completely and, as you exhale, imagine yourself releasing any stress or negative energy.
Speaker 1With every breath in and out. You're creating space within your body and mind. Let's begin by visualizing a gentle white light above your head. This light is pure, healing and full of love. As you breathe in, see this light slowly begin to descend towards your body, surrounding your crown and filling your entire being. This light flows through your head down to your neck, shoulders, arms and hands, allowing every part of you to soften. Feel the warmth and peace in this light as it gently clears away any tension, worries or heaviness. As the light flows down your torso, through your chest and stomach, imagine it clearing away any blockages or stuck energy. Feel any tightness dissolve.
Golden Light Protection Practice
Speaker 1You are creating space within yourself for new positive energy to flow freely through your hips, legs, knees, ankles and feet until it reaches the ground beneath you. Visualize this light expanding, anchoring you deeply to the earth. Let it release any lingering heaviness into the earth, where it will be transmuted into pure energy. Now, with your entire body enveloped in this healing light, take a moment to breathe deeply. Allow yourself to really feel the clarity, the calmness and the strength within you. You are energetically clear, grounded and aligned. As you continue to breathe, imagine now that this healing energy is surrounded by a gentle golden light. This golden light is your divine protection, wrapping around you, ensuring that only positive energy enters your being. Any negativity, fear or doubt is gently being repelled, while love and light continue to fill every cell of your body. Now let's take a few moments of silence, continuing to breathe deeply and feel the energy shifting and clearing.
Returning to Present Awareness
Speaker 1Thank you With each breath. You are fully present in this moment, fully aligned with your highest energy. You are free from anything that holds you back. When you feel ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, Pull out your wrists, your shoulders, maybe your ankles, and gently start to open your eyes. Take one last deep cleansing breath in and, as you exhale, release any remaining tension. Know that the clearing you've just experienced is a powerful step towards your highest good is a powerful step towards your highest good. You are renewed, you are aligned and you are ready to move forward with clarity and confidence. Thank you for taking this time to clear and realign your energy.
