As warm energy radiates through your body, you'll feel a renewed sense of trust in your inner wisdom and courage to stand in your truth.
The practice then gently shifts to your heart center, where a soft green or pink light blooms like a flower, opening you to greater compassion and connection. The beautiful magic happens when these energies weave together, creating a harmonious field of confident compassion that allows you to show up authentically in every aspect of your life.

In today's episode, we will be sharing one of the practices we use to help us release, receive, come back into alignment and connect with the divinity within and all around us. Hello friend, welcome to today's guided practice.
Speaker 1:This meditation is designed to help you awaken your radiance by activating the energy centers of personal power and soulful compassion, your solar praxis and your heart chakra. You don't need to do anything at all, just allow yourself to be here, be present, breathe and just be open. So let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position. Sit nice and tall, yet relaxed. Allow yourself to inhale and get nice and tall through the crown of your head On your exhale. Allow yourself to relax down one or two inches, relax through your shoulders, through your belly, through your face, and you can also lie down if that's what your body's asking for. So just check in, gently, close your eyes or allow your gaze to soften, and let's begin by coming into the breath. On your next inhale, allow it to come slowly through your nose and on the exhale, allow it to gently release through your mouth. Take a deep breath in allowing your belly and your ribcage to expand fully. Take a deep breath in allowing your belly and your ribcage to expand fully and a long cleansing breath out, allowing it all to leave. Let the slow breath be a signal to your nervous system that it's safe to slow down and expand and as you breathe, allow your natural rhythm to return and begin to draw your awareness to the center of your belly, the space just above your belly button, your solar plexus.
Speaker 1:Visualize a warm, golden sun beginning to glow right here. With every breath in, it grows stronger, it grows stronger and every breath out, it radiates warmth, clarity and courage. Silently repeat to yourself I am confident, I trust my inner power, I shine with purpose. I am confident, I trust my inner power, I shine with purpose. Allow this energy to expand throughout your torso, down your arms and out into the world. Your unique embodied solar plexus light With every breath in, it grows stronger and with every breath out, you allow it to radiate out into the world with warmth, clarity and courage.
Speaker 1:Now shift your awareness to the center of your chest, your heart space, your heart chakra. Imagine a soft green or soft pink light swirling here, allowing it to bloom like a flower. Whichever color you see is the color that's right for you in this moment. Breathe into your heart center, let it soften. Let it soften, let it open. Repeat silently to yourself I am love, I am connected, I lead from the heart. I am love, I am connected, I lead from the heart. Now allow this light to expand upward into your throat, into your head, in your mind, and then downward into your belly, into your hips, and allow this golden light of your solar plexus and this loving light of your heart. Allow them to weave together, creating a single radiant field of confidence and compassion.
Speaker 1:Imagine yourself standing tall, heart open, eyes clear. Visualize a moment where you showed up fully, unapologetically, radiating your truth. See that version of you and know she is already here. Place one hand over your heart and one over your solar plexus. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Whisper gently to yourself I allow my light to be seen. I lead with love. I am enough. Whenever you're ready, you can slowly release your hands and begin to bring gentle movement back into your fingers, your toes, maybe roll out your wrists and your shoulders and allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm. And allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm. When you're ready, you can slowly flutter your eyes open and carry this light with you into your day, boldly, kindly and without shrinking.
