Spiritual Q&A: Navigating Manifestation Fatigue & Spiritual Burnout
Ever felt depleted on your spiritual journey? That sense of going through the motions with manifestation, meditation, or inner work without feeling connected to any of it? You're experiencing spiritual burnout – and it's actually a powerful invitation to deepen your practice through rest.
In this soul-nourishing episode, we unpack what really happens when our spiritual practices start feeling like a grind. We explore how manifestation fatigue shows up when we're overefforting, attached to specific outcomes, or misaligned with our authentic desires. As we share from personal experience, sometimes the universe is trying to deliver something even better than what we're stubbornly clinging to – if only we'd loosen our grip.
Your nervous system plays a crucial role in spiritual fatigue, just as it does with physical exhaustion. We offer practical techniques like the 4-4 balance breath, grounding exercises, and intentional pauses that help recalibrate your energy and create space for integration. Because here's the truth: the deepest healing often happens in the stillness between practices, not during the practices themselves.
If you're feeling numb, irritated by practices you once loved, or resistant to reflection – these aren't signs of failure but your soul signaling it's time to adjust. We give you permission to simplify rather than add more, to trust that your path continues unfolding even when you can't feel movement, and to remember that sometimes the most spiritually aligned action is to do absolutely nothing at all.
Choose one thing to let go of this week – whether it's a practice that no longer serves you, a dreaded commitment, or an attachment to how your manifestations should unfold. Create space, trust divine timing, and watch what happens when you finally release control.

Hi, I'm Lizzie and I'm Nikki. Have you ever felt that your life was missing purpose, joy or deep connection? Welcome to the Modern Zen Collective podcast, where we embrace holistic living for a joyful, purpose-driven life.
Speaker 3:In this podcast, we'll explore holistic practices, consciousness expansion and spiritual alignment. We will dive into personal development practices that connect mind, body, spirit and share secrets that ancient cultures have known for centuries. Together, we aim to guide, educate and connect individuals eager to transform their lives.
Speaker 2:Join us weekly on the Modern Zen Collective podcast and elevate your mind, body and spirit. And now on to today's episode.
Speaker 3:Welcome back to the Modern Zen Collective Podcast. I'm Nikki.
Speaker 4:And I'm Lizzie. Today we're diving into a question we've been hearing a lot lately. You're back for another spiritual Q&A and the question is why am I feeling so tired on my spiritual journey? Why am I feeling so tired on my spiritual journey?
Speaker 3:Yes, I felt that too so many times. Whether you're feeling stuck with your manifestation practices, questioning your path, or just exhausted by all the inner work, this episode is for you.
Speaker 4:Yes, we are going to unpack what spiritual burnout really looks like, how to reset your energy without disconnecting from your growth, and why rest can actually be one of the most aligned things that you can do.
Speaker 3:Plus, we're going to answer questions about balancing action with intuition and what to do when your practices stop feeling powerful.
Speaker 4:Yeah, that definitely can happen. So, really, this episode is here to be your permission slip, to pause, to reflect, to come back into alignment without any guilt. So let's just get right into it.
Speaker 3:Let's get right into it. Let's talk first about what exactly is manifestation fatigue? So when your manifestation efforts start to feel like a grind, nothing is landing or youthinking over-push, push, push. Manifestation is this beautiful dance about intention and release and trust. And when we are over-efforting and trying all the time to be high vibe to bring it in, we're actually spiritually bypassing and we might not be feeling those emotions that are coming up as well. We can also feel that manifestation fatigue because we are attached to the outcome. So let's say, I want a white Volkswagen T1. I want a white Volkswagen T1. I want a white Volkswagen T1.
Speaker 3:I am visualizing it, I am looking at it, I'm feeling myself holding the steering wheel, all of these things, and it's not coming. And it's things and it's not coming and it's not coming and it's not coming and I'm getting so annoyed and anxious and upset. And why is it not here yet? And what's going on? That means I'm just holding on so tightly to what this could be, Instead of just releasing it, like Gabby Bernstein says oh, Volkswagen T1 or something better. Because if I'm holding on so tight to what I want, this exact thing, without allowing there to be space and expansion for the universe to do its beautiful dance. I might be missing out on the Porsche Cayenne that's trying to get to me and knocking on my door.
Speaker 3:Emotional or energetic misalignment, that's when we just feel out of sorts within our body, whether it's from an emotional standpoint, where we just aren't actually feeling our emotions, we're repressing them, we're being, you know, people pleasing or fake, and then also we might not be feeling the energetic alignment for that thing that we are wanting to manifest. So alignment for that thing that we are wanting to manifest. So you know that old saying dress for the job you want, not the job you have. You're stepping into that energy of having already had that as part of the manifestation process. So if you want something but you're still living in that energy of lack of not having it, you have this energetic misalignment around it which also creates fatigue.
Speaker 3:And then the final way that manifestation fatigue come up is, you know, burnout from bypassing the hard truths, Like, is there a reason why you want this Volkswagen T1? Is it because you want a reliable car and this and that you drove it before and you think it's fantastic, and et cetera? Or do you want it because you want to show your friends that you have this car and that you were able to buy it in full, don't have a loan, et cetera. Are there things coming up as to why you want this manifestation that's not actually aligned with your authenticity? That's where the hard truths come up, because the universe just wants you to get back to your authentic being, your authentic self, and when we want to fill the void with things that aren't actually aligned with who we authentically are and they're just kind of filling the gap, we're bypassing these hard truths of, like, what we want to heal and what that looks like as part of our manifestation process.
Speaker 3:So manifestation fatigue can definitely be a real thing, and the funny thing is is that it's supposed to be fun. We manifest every day, Like listen to our podcast with Alyssa and Hannah. They talk about it. We manifest every day. You're manifesting. That's just who we are. We're energetic beings and we can have this deep fatigue with it if there's something we truly want and we keep trying to get, and these things are showing up for us and making it a drag pretty much.
Speaker 4:Yes, Literally things are, you know, showing up for us and making it a drag, pretty much, yes, Literally. Things are popping into my head as you're saying all these things. But you know, what's so interesting is that you know, we all often think about physical burnout, you know, being physically exhausted, being sick, having something take us down and seeing, like, the nervous system's role in that, like the stress and the nervous system and that fight or flight versus that rest and digest, and how being stuck in that constant state of fight or flight really plays a huge role in physical burnout. The nervous system also plays a huge role in spiritual burnt out. So, like even when you're pushing through spiritual practices which are supposed to be good for you, if you're pushing through these spiritual practices, those can also highly dysregulate your energy.
Speaker 4:Just like physical burnout, Spiritual burnout it can affect you in the same ways. So taking control of your nervous system and leaning into the practices that you know can help you recalibrate your energy is just so important. Noticing that you feel funky, that you feel off, that you're sometimes I feel like a buzzing in my head when I get too much in the outside world too much in my headphones, too much on my phone, too much on my computer, too much into this like connection through technology. I feel I don't feel clear headed anymore. I feel like a buzzing, I feel a fog, my head feels heavy, my mind feels heavy and I know that's a time for me to go lay on my freaking heated gemstone mat, turn on that PEMF, set it to the eight hertz the same as the earth and lay down.
Speaker 3:And if I don't?
Speaker 4:have my heated gemstone mat. I'm laying outside in the grass, yes, and I'm just laying in the grass, clothes on or naked, whatever, it doesn't matter but straight up laying in the grass, bugs everywhere, it doesn't matter Like I. And I have to do that so that I can feel clear again. I'm a yoga breath coach and I really went through this training from a teacher that comes at it from a scientific background instead of, you know, just a yogic background. And the 4-4 balance breath is the perfect breath to get you back to that balanced nervous system state. So, inhaling for four and exhaling for four, or even for three, or even for six, whatever, it has to be equal. So whatever, however long you inhale, that's how long you exhale, and you do it a minimum of six times.
Speaker 4:Really, 10 is better, 10 is better, but it takes six breaths to scientifically, physically move you back into the state of balance for your nervous system. So if you're feeling a little too hopped up, this will bring you back down. If you're feeling a little too sluggish, it's going to bring you back up to that perfect happy medium. So, this moment of recalibration first you have the awareness. Moment of recalibration First you have the awareness, then you take this moment to recalibrate, whether that's laying down on the earth, being barefoot on the earth, whatever, taking a moment to breathe. It's a great pause before you really drop into a deeper embodiment of who you are and who you can be and who you are in your highest, so yeah it's just a really good starting point.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's a good starting point to get you back to balance and to align with your own energies and away from the chaos. Because we can't, we're not going to. We can manifest, we manifest all the time, but we're not going to really manifest what our desires are. If we're in chaos, we're going to bring in more chaos. So an affirmation for you as our listener is my path is unfolding, even when I can't feel it.
Speaker 3:I don't have to force alignment to be in alignment. My path is unfolding, even when I can't feel it. I don't have to force alignment to be in alignment. You know, the more whatever receives attention creates more like it, just more and more and more. So if you're forcing alignment and creating this constriction, you're not actually creating alignment, you're creating more constriction. So, knowing that, even when you're just not actually active, putting forth all the things you learn to manifest or everything you want to do to get that thing that you want, it's still happening. And even if you can't feel it, it's still happening and you don't have to force alignment to be in alignment. Just understand, get back into the grounded place of where we are with that eight hertz, with your four-four breath, whatever it might be. Where we are with that eight hertz, with your four-four breath, whatever it might be and you'll feel aligned in your body in that way.
Speaker 4:Yes, it's so true, and I've literally seen this in my own life, before I even heard the word manifestation before.
Speaker 4:I even looked into it before I even read anything From 12 years old 11 years old, I always said I want to have my first kid at 32. Literally said that out loud, because my mom was 32 when she had me I'm the oldest. She always felt like a mom, like she had her shit together, she had money, she was able to support us. You know we it wasn't always the. You know we were like lower middle class. There were I had to make decisions, always the. You know we were like lower middle class. There were I had to make decisions about what I wanted to do because we didn't have money for everything. But 32 just felt so good and I was like 32, 32. And then, you know, I turned 32.
Speaker 2:I don't know if you remember this, nikki, I turned 32.
Speaker 4:I was by myself in North Carolina, like on the beach, my favorite place, and I literally had a mental breakdown. I was like, oh my God, I'm 32. I just started my own company. I am not ready to have a child. Well, guess what? I fucking got pregnant at 32. Even trying not to get pregnant, did everything I could to not get pregnant, I still got pregnant at 32. So I'm telling you, like 20 years well, 23 years ago now, I didn't. I never heard a manifestation before and I literally manifested my pregnancy, the age that I wanted to have it. So it's, it's real, like you don't have to be pushing, I wasn't even trying and it still happened, so it's it's really, really true and it's just really wild.
Speaker 4:So don't always think you have to be thinking about it for it to happen, because it's not, it doesn't.
Speaker 3:It doesn't. The less amount we think about it, the more action behind the scenes the universe can do and we have that trust in what's unfolding. Like you had that embodiment, that feeling. You felt it in your bones and your cells. You knew it was 32. So that muscle memory was in your DNA, so your body was just like copy paste. Here we go, 32. Let's do it. Here we go.
Speaker 4:My newly 32 year old self was saying no, no no, no.
Speaker 4:So, getting back to our Q&A here, like the spiritual burnout that we're talking about. So I really want to like put some tangible stuff behind this. So what are some signs of spiritual burnout? Feeling numb, being irritated by practices that you used to love that could be another sign. No-transcript you teach other people. This is something you spent all this time and effort and energy learning how to do. Why don't you want to do it? And honestly, I'm just like you know what. I just don't want to do it. I just want to do it. So if you start to feel irritated or uninterested in practices you used to love, it could be a sign of spiritual burnout. Another sign is avoidance or resistance to reflection, journaling or meditation. Oh my God, as I'm reading these things, this is totally me. A few months ago, I was telling Nikki I hadn't journaled, I hadn't meditated in so long. But I can tell you I started, like this past, like two weeks ago, I started doing this stuff again and I feel really good. I feel like good again.
Speaker 4:But I had to take a break and then feeling like nothing's working. That's another sign like feeling like nothing's working, or emotional exhaustion even after doing quote unquote the right things. So, those are some signs feeling numb, irritated by practices you used to love, avoidance or resistance to reflection, journaling, meditation, feeling like nothing's working, or emotional exhaustion after doing all the right things.
Speaker 3:Mm-hmm, yeah, and when you feel this, this isn't a moment of failure. This is your soul signaling to you that it's time to adjust. And what a beautiful gift that we are human and we get these signals in our body and in our mind spirit, that we get to feel and understand when things are not the right fit for us. You know, human design actually gives us a beautiful sign. You know you not self sign. If you want to look up your human design, we'll link Jenna Zoe's here so you can look at the page and get some information if you'd like. But your not self sign shows you when you're not in your soul alignment Like for me as a manifester, my not self sign is frustration.
Speaker 2:So I can tell right.
Speaker 3:Okay, yeah, so I can tell when I'm frustrated and it's not all the time. I'm human I get frustrated, then I get pissed off and then I get angry and it can happen.
Speaker 3:But when I'm frustrated and I'm conscious of it and I understand, I can think to myself okay, I'm not in my soul alignment, this isn't who I actually am and I need to peel the layers back. So this moment, as any moment, when you have these areas and spaces in between the big manifestations, we think this area is the area that's not important. But actually, like the journey, is really the most important part. Like you have so many experiences and you learn and grow from there and you're gonna have these ups and downs and emotional waves, and with that it doesn't mean it's failure. This is your soul signaling to you and with that it doesn't mean it's failure. This is your soul signaling to you.
Speaker 3:And burnout can also be your sign that you're ready to release. Like Lizzie was just talking about, you might be ready to release something. There might be something you're having too much. You're burning the candle at all ends. You have this burnout and fatigue, even if it's in a way for spiritual burnout. It doesn't just have to be for your job or for your home life. We can be burnout, obviously, spiritually as well. So you might need to peel the layer back and not do as many things.
Speaker 3:It makes me think of having that very type A personality and stepping into your spiritual practice and knowing you want this and that and this, done that way and this, done that way and everything, and you have this whole thing, but you feel completely, you don't feel lit up by your spiritual practice, you don't feel lit up by what you're doing. And that's what needs to happen so that you can pull and bring and invite and open up the space to have what you want your manifestations to come in, so that fatigue and that burnout can come from you being misaligned and being ready to release something and really going back to who you are and seeing what is that that you could release to clear up space. And you know clearing up space doesn't mean you're clearing up space to fill it with something else. It could really mean clearing up space to have more space just so that you can be you know and know who you are.
Speaker 4:Yeah, yes, yes, and I know, like I just shared, that I've kind of been those signs and symptoms, like that was me. I have really been feeling, and I didn't even know it was spiritual burnout. I've honestly been just feeling exhausted on multiple fronts because there's just so many things going on right now and I've literally had to take my life down to like day by day just so that I can move through some of these big, big shifts that are happening right now in my life. But I'm finally getting back to my practices and just adding in literally one. I've only added in one practice. I have started laying on my mat and playing my energy clearing YouTube video that I love. I will link that below too. It's 10 minutes long and I use it with my Reiki. When I do Reiki on clients, I clear my energy with this before and I also clear after and honestly, like this 10, 11 minute practice has helped me release so much energy that I've taken on of other people's because I'm a clear sentient. So I feel things in my body that other people are feeling when I'm doing Reiki, so I can really jack myself up a little bit. Other people are feeling when I'm doing Reiki, so I can really jack myself up a little bit, and this 11-minute practice helps so much, and so this is the one thing. Honestly, it's the one thing that I'm doing right now to help myself feel better.
Speaker 4:I'm really curious, nikki have you experienced spiritual burnout recently at all, or over the past few years? I'd really like to hear what that might feel like or look like for you. All right, let's get back to it.
Speaker 3:Yes, absolutely have experienced it when I mentioned the type A personality that was me when I was working with my first coach and she would give me something to do and I would do it all and then tell her I'm done, I'm ready, what's more. She's like do, and I would do it all and then tell her I'm done, I'm ready, what's more. And she's like you're supposed to just do that for a week, just like embody it, and I just wanted to be the good student and get things done and move quick and move fast and get everything complete and et cetera. So I was doing a lot, a lot, a lot of things and I would say something that something that where I experienced spiritual burnout was me chasing the shadow and inner child work so much that it became such a fatigue because doing that is a heavy lift and doing that is can be painful and can be hard and can be a lot. And I actually I just mentioned Jenna Zoe, but she had.
Speaker 3:I was listening to her podcast, I think several years ago, and she mentioned that you really don't need to seek and like excavate to find these shadows and wounds If you are just conscious about it and you follow your bliss and you enjoy life, they'll naturally come up. That's how we're made. That's how we're innately made as humans. They'll naturally come up and then you get to be the conscious observer and then heal it from there. So that was something that really opened my eyes because I was so deep in the spiritual. I was working with like four coaches at one time at the same time and I was going through all of my shadows and saying this happened to me when I was seven. What do you think it means? Do you think this? You know all of those things and I was going deep, deep, deep down the rabbit hole and seeing a therapist and journaling and meditating and you know all the things and really that inner child work was what really gave me the fatigue and helped me to now I can tell, when I'm living in my alignment, my truth and I feel happy and I feel I'm following my bliss.
Speaker 3:Of course, life's not always perfect, so there'll be things that come up that frustrate me or make me upset or angry or whatever, but I can use those as the bridge for me to have that exploration of that subject. I don't need to go 40 subjects deep and try to heal it all at the same time. That's not what we're meant to do. We're meant to live life and learn. So that's really where I saw the spiritual burnout happen for me and how I adjusted it. And I continue to do that because I can really like latch on to want to know more and more and more and learn and learn and learn and try to heal everything at the same time and just rip the bandaid off. But we're meant to go slow and steady and enjoy life and have the journey show us the way.
Speaker 3:So it's really like everything we're talking about is really you coming back to alignment, coming back to that neutral spot, neutrality, letting go of control. You have to control what's going on, that constriction. Beautiful channeling that came through. We will link that also. The channeling came through from the Arcturians that I did and it talked about how you're a boat on the water and if you don't have a captain, the boat, yes, will move. It's going to move with the water, with the wind, and it's going to go wherever the wind and water take it. But if you have a captain who is using the wind and the water to navigate towards a certain area, then you get to help navigate yourself. You're still going with the flow of the water and the waves and everything as you're moving. And that's the example from how that can be in real life. You're going with the waves, you're going with the flow, you are relinquishing control but you still are, you know, having that forward movement without a lot of constriction and attachment to it. So some subtle practices that can help you, like Lizzie said, laying in nature, walking in nature, barefoot in nature, anything that's grounding. You can have a mat, like Lizzie has, your PEMF mat. You can listen to eight hertz frequencies, healing frequencies, like Lizzie's going to give you.
Speaker 3:Rest is huge, absolutely, rest is huge. Lizzie and I are both yoga teachers and if you've taken a yoga class, you know that the last few minutes are what is considered the most important part of your practice shavasana and it's a moment, or moments of integration. So you are meant to lay there and do absolutely nothing and I see that as a beautiful reminder that in life we need those moments of rest where we do absolutely nothing to integrate everything we're working on and we can get so bogged down with the actionable steps. So having that rest really, really helps us. And then silence, just being relaxing, play, obviously, having fun play, have fun, do things you love to do as a child. When you're having fun and you enjoy your day to day, you're in this energy of just receiving and it's such a beautiful, beautiful thing to be. And yeah, you can do play without constantly being in the work, like I talked about. You don't have to constantly be doing the work. The work will show up for you. You don't need to be constantly doing it. That's so true.
Speaker 4:Yeah, just show up for you. So all you have to do is notice it. All you have to do is notice it, yeah, but really, you know, we really want you to be doing like the spiritual work while you're feeling safe, like you need to feel safe while you're doing this work. And safety comes from your nervous system, from your body. It comes from your body. So really taking the time to ground yourself before you step into the work can also be very helpful.
Speaker 4:So if you're in this inner child work, if you're in this shadow work, if you're in some pretty heavy stuff right now, if you're in the middle of some heavy stuff, make sure you feel really good before you step back into that.
Speaker 4:And that can be your breath work, that grounding, like literally grounding outside. Or it can be just sitting, having that silence, taking a few breaths, putting your hand on your heart, on your belly, feeling yourself back here in the present moment, like just regulate your nervous system before you step again. So we really want you to feel safe, we want you to be here in your body and prioritize that over the list, over that spiritual achievement list that all of us type A's like to create for ourselves, that list of all the stuff that we have to get done to make ourselves really great and be the best person that we can Honestly throw the list away, because this isn't supposed to feel like work. This isn't supposed to feel like an obligation. This is an invitation, it's not an obligation. So just let it be a little bit more fun, let it be a little bit more light. Let yourself feel good before you work yourself into this stuff.
Speaker 4:So, really, you know, we've been talking about this Like the body never lies and the mind is always running. You know. That's why meditation can be very illuminating. Because, the first few times you're like oh my God, does my mind ever stop?
Speaker 3:Same with yoga. It's like, oh, we're in this like restorative posture for three minutes. I can't stop thinking, yeah.
Speaker 4:Yeah, yeah, and you know the thing is constantly just bring yourself back to something. Is it your breath? Is it?
Speaker 4:something you're touching? Is it something you're looking at? Can you push yourself physically so that you're just completely in your body and not in your mind, making sure that you feel good in your body? So this is just something to think about is what does alignment feel like in your body, in my body, your specific individual body? What does alignment feel like to you physically, not in your mind, but specifically in your body? And that's this whole word embodiment, which is such a weird word. I feel like it's like embodiment, what the hell.
Speaker 4:But, that's what that word means is like in the body, in the body, focusing more on the body instead of the mind. We have put so much on the mind as a society as the answer to everything, but it isn't. It isn't. It helps you, it helps you, but you have to start with the body.
Speaker 3:Yes, absolutely. It's all in your body, it's all in there. It's easy to bypass that and forget it and not think that that's intelligent, but it is. It has so much wisdom and it's telling us what's right and what's wrong for us. We feel energies all of it. So yes, that's absolutely. I love that reflection. That's wonderful.
Speaker 4:And, lastly, what we really want to bring for you guys is redefining progress on your spiritual path. You know progress can look different for everyone, and progress isn't always about expansion. It's also about stillness, it's also about recovery, and sometimes the deepest healing that you could experience can happen in the pause, not while you're doing the work Afterwards. Before it can happen in the pause it can happen in the pause.
Speaker 3:I remember learning a phrase a few years ago I don't know exactly how it went, but it was something that musical notes wouldn't be music without the pauses in between. It can't just be constant. You need those pauses to actually make beautiful music be what it is. And such a beautiful reminder also that as humans we need those pauses in between. Everything we do for recovery, stillness and getting back to who we are. Like true spiritual maturity includes that soul alignment, feeling the universe just wants you to get back to the alignment of your soul, and that's our journey here on earth. That's what we are doing. We're removing the layers of people pleasing, of societal conditioning. We're getting back to who we are, unapologetically, but with that warmth and that love and that compassion. And having that as part of your journey is that that's really the key, like knowing that it's all about getting back to that soul aligned place and your manifestations truly can come to you effortlessly.
Speaker 3:When you have that soul alignment, because you aren't living for someone else, you're not clouding up everything that you're doing with.
Speaker 3:You know things that are expected of you that you don't necessarily want to do and you're also not clouding up this manifestation fatigue, spiritual burnout we talked about with all the things you think you need to do and you're also not clouding up this manifestation fatigue, spiritual burnout we talked about with all the things you think you need to do, feeling that alignment in your soul is really going to have you open up and expand in that way and know during this journey you are not meant to feel high vibe all the time.
Speaker 3:Yes, high vibe is great, high vibe is wonderful, high vibe can attract what we want, but those peaks and valleys, the valleys, are just as important because a lot of time when we see and feel those feelings of emotions that we are really opening and releasing into and learning from that can be our greatest calling to serve others, something that we overcame and we feel in our body. So we don't have to feel high vibe all the time, absolutely not. Like obviously it's a great thing to feel, but obviously also feel into how good it can feel to feel the emotions. That's why we're here, like we incarnated here, to feel the whole scale of emotions as a human and having gratitude for knowing that I get to feel sadness and I get to feel anger and I get to feel despair, these different things that really don't feel great in the moment, but I have gratitude that I get to experience them here on earth.
Speaker 4:Yeah, it's such a privilege to feel heartbroken. It really is.
Speaker 3:Yeah, feeling the emotional wave. It's like that we had something that we could be heartbroken from. The gratitude can come from all angles.
Speaker 4:And that you have the capacity to feel so deeply for someone else or something else that never goes away. You have that capacity throughout your whole life. It's just when are you willing to open up? When are you willing to?
Speaker 3:risk it for the biscuit. You know, just know you're not behind, you're just in between. You're in between the pause, the space between the notes and you get to decide. Only you know what's best for you. So you get to decide what you need to release, what's right for you for your manifestation practice, and to just release anything that feels like burnout or fatigue. And, honestly, the simplest thing you can do is just release and forget about it for a while. Just release and just live your life. Have fun, enjoy, be aligned with your soul and just don't worry about it. And see, just see, how fast things show up when you release control and show that you don't care about it anymore.
Speaker 4:Honestly, that is the juice of manifestation. I promise you right right now. We can set intentions all day long. We can set the intention of what we want, we can put it out there, we can take some actions to get there and then, honestly, when you forget about it, when you completely let it go, literally forget about it it happens and I swear that that is so true.
Speaker 4:I have seen it. I have been manifesting at a exponentially faster rate over the past six years than I have ever done in my entire life, because I am not attached to how that thing shows up. When it shows up, who it shows up with, how it comes to me, I'm just like that's for me, I'm going to have it, thank you universe. And then I literally don't think about it anymore. And it's like three years later, all of a sudden I'm about to move into a camper and travel the fricking United States with my family, which I thought I was going to do when I was 20, something. You know what I mean and I'm like, damn it. I missed that time in my life when it was so easy to just pick up and go all over the place. And now I've got a husband and kids and dogs and all these responsibilities. Well, guess what? They're all coming with me and I never could have guessed that. I never could have guessed that. I never could have guessed that. So just remember, wherever you are is part of your path.
Speaker 4:You know feeling stuck in all the things. It's part of it, it's the journey, like Nikki said, and if we don't feel all these things, we're not going to feel all the great things, we're not going to notice how great it feels when we have these things.
Speaker 4:So, just like Nikki said, it's time for you to choose something this week to just let go of. Maybe cancel one of your plans that you're actually not very much looking forward to. Maybe say no to something that you don't want to do instead of saying maybe, or I could probably move some things around to make that work. No, say no.
Speaker 4:Why don't you let go of one of those spiritual practices that you've been doing every single day? Because it's on your list, because it's a part of your morning routine or your evening routine? Maybe you just pause on that for a second, or maybe you take some time to go inward, if you have not allowed yourself to sit and reflect on things that have been going on your life. This is your invitation to do that, and it's your reminder that it is very important for you to do that. If you're really looking at leveling up, you need to learn the lessons from what you've been experiencing, and the only way you learn those lessons is by looking at everything from a high place, a high altitude, bird's eye view here. So this is it Relax. Everything is going to happen in its own divine timing.
Speaker 4:You just need to state what you want. Let it go and be in this great neutral nervous system, body, aligned state, and it will all come.
Speaker 3:Yes, yeah, exactly, just let it go. Let it go and release, just start to shed the things that you don't want to do or the things that you just are clogging up your calendar, like Lizzie said. Like Lizzie said, but we hope this had, you know, some help. We hope it helped you in some way, because we've both experienced this in various stages of our lives, including most recently, and it was a subject that we've had questions about. So we were really excited to talk about it and just kind of peel the layers of why it shows up and how you can help yourself and everything that goes along with it. So we thank you so much for being here and listening until the end, as always, because it means so much to us that you are here. We're so honored to talk through the things that we're passionate about.
Speaker 4:Yes, yes, and just keep an eye out. Nikki has a very special episode that's coming out next week that's called what Are you Still Hiding. So it's a great idea that she came up with and it's a really good episode for you to have some good reflection time. So if you are looking for some reflection, some time to really look back on things, learn some lessons, see where you're still hiding, I highly recommend checking out that episode next week and we will make sure to link all the stuff that we talked about here in this episode in the show notes.
