In today's episode, we will be sharing one of the practices we use to help us release, receive, come back into alignment and connect with the divinity within and all around us. Welcome to this barefoot grounding walking meditation. Part of our 30-day manifestation challenge and as we near the end of our 30 days together, this practice is all about coming home to the earth. It's about rooting your energy, grounding your intentions and anchoring the frequency of what you've been calling in. This meditation is meant to be done barefoot, if possible, outside in your yard, on grass or dirt sand, anywhere you can safely walk and connect with the earth through your feet. If you need to do it indoors or with shoes, that's okay, but you know, try. The intention is what matters.

Speaker 1:

So let's begin. Go ahead and get those shoes off, and here we go. So we're going to begin by standing still. Let your bare feet rest gently on the earth. Take a moment to wiggle your toes, maybe lift them up up, set them down, maybe get up on your toes and back down your heels. Just take a moment to move around on your feet. Maybe roll out your ankles, maybe shake out your legs, your arms, shoulders, roll out your neck, whatever feels good, to just allow your body to get all of that excess tension out, so we can settle in and be here.

Speaker 1:

So allow yourself now to move into stillness, letting your bare feet rest gently on the earth, and let's take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth. Bring your awareness to your feet and feel the texture beneath your souls, the temperature of the ground and the life force pulsing just beneath the surface. This is your moment to reconnect, to remember that you belong here, to remember that Mother Earth is always holding you, and bring your awareness into your body, allow it to move up from your feet to your legs, to your hips, and just let yourself drop into this present moment. Take one more deep breath in, take one more deep breath in and begin to walk slowly and intentionally as you walk, like a conversation between your body and the earth With each step.

Imagine your energy gently releasing downward. Let go of tension, let go of overthinking, let go of anything you don't want to carry forward. Step release open. Now begin to visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet, soft, golden roots gently growing down into the earth With every step. Your roots grow deeper With every step your roots grow deeper.

They ground you, they nourish you, they remind you that you are supported. You're not separate from the earth. You're part of it. Now let this rhythm continue for a few more minutes in silence. Thank you, the.

Now, as you continue to walk or come to stillness, bring your awareness to your heart center. Feel the earth below and the sky above. You are the bridge between both. Rooted Open Alive. Repeat silently or out loud. Open alive, repeat silently or out loud. I am grounded. I am safe. I am supported by the earth beneath me. My manifestations are anchored in trust, not force. I root into presence, peace and purpose.

Now take one final slow breath in and exhale it all out.

You've arrived, You've cleared space, You've called in your desires and now you've grounded it all into being. Thank you for sharing this sacred walk with me today.
