In today's episode, we will be sharing one of the practices we use to help us release, receive, come back into alignment and connect with the divinity within and all around us.

Speaker 1:

We hope you enjoy it and continue to join us weekly on the Modern Zen Collective Podcast, elevating your mind, body and spirit. And now today's practice.

Speaker 2:

Begin by finding a comfortable position, either seated or lying down. Let your hands rest gently on top of your heart, or one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Close your eyes and take a deep inhale through your nose. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your shoulders soften, let your jaw release, let your breath settle as you breathe, taking in this presence. Be fully here. Feel your breath moving in and out of your body. Feel the energy in your body, the pulse of your heart, the rhythm of life within you. You are safe, you are supported. You are ready to receive.

Speaker 2:

Now begin to imagine a future version of you, the version of you who has already manifested everything you desire. Embody this version, feel this version. How do you feel? How do you show up? Where are you? Feel the space you are in, what surrounds you, what do you see? How do you feel? Know that you are in the time of having everything that you want. You brought it all in. You manifested it, you aligned with it. You brought it all in. You manifested it, you aligned with it. You are one with it.

Speaker 2:

Now imagine, in this space where you are, a loved one starts walking towards you with a smile on their face and they're like, so happy to see you. Picture them in front of you now as they're walking closer and closer to you. Who is it? As they get closer and closer, you can hear them smiling and hear them saying something. You can't quite pick it up. But as they get closer and closer, you hear them say you did it, you did it, congratulations, you did it. You did it.

Speaker 2:

Feel that energy of being seen by your loved one, the energy of celebrating together, celebrating what you manifested together, celebrating this beautiful new wave for you in this life, celebrating it together with your loved one. You look at them and you say it happened, I did it. They smile, they laugh, you cheers, you get excited. You talk about it together. You feel the excitement in your body. You feel their excitement. Look at their reaction. How do they feel? What are they saying? Enjoy this time. Feel at the celebration, this true celebration. Wherever you are, are you indoors or outdoors Feel the environment, feel the celebration and celebrate you ¶¶ ¶¶, thank you.

Speaker 2:

Now finish celebrating with your loved one, give them a hug and your loved one says we'll see you later, we'll see you tonight at the celebration. We're celebrating you tonight. We'll see you there at the party. You have anticipation. You cannot wait. Your loved one leaves you. Close your eyes. In this moment, you feel the excitement, you feel the energy inside of you and you feel tremendous gratitude for what you created and what you have right now in your life. Feel the emotion. This moment is medicine. Now, gently come back into your breath, back into your body. Take a few inhales and exhales. Feel the warmth and the gratitude, the possibility of what's coming and what you have in your life right now. Say out loud I allow myself to celebrate now. I live my vision with joy and ease. I am deserving of happiness. I absolutely love myself. I am thankful for all that I have. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Take one final deep breath in, hold it at the top and exhale fully. You.
