In today's episode, we will be sharing one of the practices we use to help us release, receive, come back into alignment and connect with the divinity within and all around us.

Speaker 2:

Begin by lying down comfortably in your bed, getting ready for sleep. Let your arms rest by your sides or gently placed on your belly or your heart. Close your eyes and allow your body to soften. Take a deep breath in through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth Again. Inhale deeply, exhale fully. Let your shoulders melt, let your face soften, let your breath become slower and steadier, relaxing into your space. Feel the support of the bed beneath you, feel your whole body gently sinking in. There is nothing else you need to do right now Nothing to fix, nothing to figure out. You are relaxed, you are safe, you are supported. It is time for rest.

Speaker 2:

Now, gently bring into your mind's eye a goal or desire that's alive for you right now, something that feels aligned, expansive and true. There's no pressure. Just notice what naturally arises. Begin to visualize your life as if this has already happened. Where are you living? Who is around you? How do you feel?

Speaker 2:

Take in this energy, as you are the first person. You're not watching yourself through the motions, you are living it, walking through your beautiful home, acting on anything you need for the business you launched, meeting anyone you want to meet as part of your journey, feeling healthy and supported in your body. Let this naturally unfold. Feel the joy, feel grounded and feel free. Embody this energy, feel it deep in your core. Take in more details of the space around you. What color are the walls? You, what color are the walls? Do you smell anything? What are you wearing and what are the people around you doing? Doing? Let it play like a soft movie in your mind. Immerse yourself in the energy of it and let this mini movie replay and replay, feeling the energy, feeling that your desires were made manifest more and more, with no pressure. Each time you replay this mini movie in your mind's eye, let yourself float in this version no-transcript while you allow your body and mind to feel these affirmations and let them wash over you.

Speaker 2:

I am aligned with my desires. My dreams are unfolding in perfect time. It is safe for me to receive. I trust the process. I already embody this version of myself. I am supported in all ways. I allow it to be easy. I am the embodiment of my vision. I absolutely unconditionally love myself. I am open for miracles. Let these words settle deep into your subconscious, deep into your subconscious. Let yourself simply rest. Now you do not need to hold on to anything. Let the universe take it from here. You've done your part. Now drift into rest, dreams, integration, peace. Good night.
