We hope you enjoy it and continue to join us weekly on the Modern Zen Collective podcast, elevating your mind, body, and spirit. And now, today's practice. This practice is an invitation, not a demand. It's an invitation to re-engage with your life gently, without pressure, without force. There's no goal here, only curiosity. Aren't you excited? So settle into a comfortable position. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Take a slow, deep breath in and release it fully. Allow your breath to deepen and return to a comfortable breathing pace. Now let's bring our awareness inward. Ask yourself without judgment: how do I feel right now? Not how you think you should feel, just what's true. Everything is welcome. Not urgency, not obligation, readiness. A word, a feeling, or nothing at all. Trust whatever arises or doesn't. If something does come forward, notice how it feels in your body. Does it feel expansive? Curious. Imagine taking one small step toward that area. Not today, not tomorrow. Just imagining it. Notice your body's response. Does it soften? Tighten? Does it feel neutral? Gentle momentum feels sustainable. It doesn't require self-abandonment. If the step feels too big, imagine making it smaller and smaller still. Until it feels honest. I don't need to force what's unfolding. I trust gentle forward movement. Allow these words to anchor into your body. And now begin to bring awareness back to your breath. Notice what it's like. Is it the same or different than when you started your practice? Not trying to change it, just noticing. And now bring your awareness to your body. Notice the points of contact between you and the room around you. Feel your way pressing down into the ground. Begin to notice the sounds in the room around you. And whenever you're ready, you can slowly flutter your eyes open. Carry this softness with you. Let your next steps emerge naturally, rooted in trust, guided by desire, and supported by your own timing. Thank you so much for joining me today. I'll see you next time.
