Marney devoted this guided session to helping you find a quieter center and a steadier breath when life refuses to offer quick answers. Through gentle cues, slow breathing, and a mindful reframe of “not knowing,” we create a space where the nervous system settles and inner guidance becomes easier to hear.
We start by arriving in the body. Simple movements—dropping the chin, circling the head, rolling the shoulders—release stored tension in the jaw, face, and neck. As we shift into slow nasal breathing and brief pauses at the top of the inhale, the mind’s urge to solve and predict starts to ease. Instead of chasing certainty, we practice allowing space on each inhale and releasing control on each exhale. That rhythm becomes a practical skill to interrupt spirals of worry and return to presence.
From there, we explore trust as a quiet knowing: what is meant for you will not pass you by. We invite you to hold one unclear situation in compassionate awareness without forcing a fix. The guidance centers on attention management—stop feeding every thought with energy, return to breath, and let values, intuition, and embodied signals lead the next right step. As the session closes, a simple heart-centered ritual helps you anchor the lesson and carry it into the pauses, the waiting, and the discomfort that daily life brings.

SPEAKER_02Welcome to day three of your twenty-one-day guided meditation series. Trust. Take this time to get settled into your body. Closing your eyes down and take a deep breath in through your nose and open your mouth. Exhale. Trusting in this moment. Drop your chin down to your chest and gently rock your head from one side to the other. Soft in the face and the jaw. Relax the eyebrows. Maybe you go around with your head a full circle. Moving your head in the opposite direction. Come back to the center. As you inhale, bring your shoulders up to your ears. As you exhale, drop the shoulders away from the ears. And just take this time to settle in to the natural rhythm of your breath. Now slowly inhale and float your breath at the top of the inhale. Slowly exhale back out the nose. Trusting in your breath. Trusting in you. Allow space. With every exhale, let go of the need to know. To know the answers, to figure something out right now in this moment. With each inhale, allow space for something not external, but something within you. Allow this space to trust in you. We can only choose to give those thoughts meaning, time, and energy. Bring yourself back to breath when you're caught in the fluctuations of the mind. This feeling of trust is a quiet knowing that what is meant for you won't ever pass you by. Even when you can't see clearly, you are still divinely guided. Bring into your awareness something in your life that doesn't feel clear. Something that might be out of your hands. Open the mouth, unclenched the jaw, exhale. Coming back into the space around you. Notice how you feel. Observe any sensations. Bring your hands to your heart center. Rub your palms together, creating some heat in between the palms. And then press your thumbs against your sternum, bowing your chin down, deep breath in, and open the mouth. Exhale. Carry this sense of trust with you. In the pauses, in the waiting, in the discomfort. Carry this trust with you into the unfolding of what is next.
