Colleen is a student of Dr. Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen LaKelly Hunt who created the Imago Theory and have brought this work to over 50 countries around the world. She is profoundly influenced by this belief shared by Dr. Harville Hendrix. He said, "We are born in relationship, wounded in relationship and healed in relationship."

What are you struggling with today? Colleen believes that almost any problem we have began with a broken or unhealed relationship. The anxiety or deep sadness we feel often began with unresolved issues in our relationships with our parents, partner, family or friends. When we have unmet needs we are programed to get those needs met. When we don't get what we need we protest by protecting ourselves. this often looks like defensive, critical, demanding behaviors. these behaviors are most often ineffective. As a result we may develop unhealthy relationship with food, sex, gambling our or a substance.

Colleen invites world renown relationship specialists from all over the world to help her guests explore their own relationships and see their problems through a relational lens. She will help us explore how to create intimacy to deepen our connections. Her listeners will gain insights to create a more joyful life.

Colleen is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina, a certified, Advanced Imago Clinical therapist, a clinical instructor for the Imago International Trading Institute while maintaining her clinical practice in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Dr. Maya Kollman, PhD

A leader on the Imago International Faculty for 30 years, Dr. Maya Kollman, PhD, is the only active Master Trainer in Imago Relationship Therapy. Trained by Harville Hendrix, PhD, Maya is certified to lead and train both the Getting the Love You Want and Keeping the Love You Find workshops, along with all basic and advanced clinical courses.

Barbara, her wife and partner in all things is a certified Imago educator since 1990, Barbara was also trained by Harville in the clinical program and other trainings for Imago Relationship Therapy. Barbara brings thirty years of teaching, parenting and lived experience to the workshops and trainings.

Wendy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with more than four decades of experience. She holds a PhD in Counseling with a Specialization in Imago Relationship Therapy (The first of its kind!) Her focus is on “relationship consciousness” and she helps couples, individuals, and businesses build more intentional and fulfilling relationships.

Wendy trains professionals in all levels of theory and application of Imago Relationship Therapy. Wendy is also responsible for certifying therapists as Certified Imago Therapists, evaluating potential Imago Workshop Presenters, and training professionals to become Certified Imago Facilitators.

Michelle Bohls, LMFT

Michelle loves to train therapists and professionals on how to facilitate communication in couples, groups, and their communities. As an internationally recognized speaker and teacher, Michelle developed her own theory on the Psychology of Intuition that includes a 9-trait model for Highly Intuitive People. Michelle, a Certified Group Practitioner and Fellow in the American Group Psychotherapy Association ran groups for 15 years. Michelle is also trained in Voice Dialogue, EMDR (certified 2009-2024), and Sensory Motor. She is a PhD candidate at Daybreak University conducting research on the Relational Paradigm. She brings her organizational and business acumen, years of group leadership experience, and a license in Family Counseling to the Imago Professional Facilitator Program for professionals wanting to apply Imago to their work lives in schools, churches, and businesses!

Sophie Slade

I am passionate about relationships, helping people work through conflict and live in deep empathic connection with themselves and each other. I began understanding relationships when I was going through a divorce and studied relationships for my doctoral dissertation. I discovered Imago when I read “Getting the Love You Want” in 1991. I gave the workshop to my second husband for his birthday, because I thought he needed it! Ha ha! It turned my life around. It transformed my relationship with my husband and gave a focus to my work - to help people experience safe and caring connection.

I have worked in private practice for over 30 years, seeing mainly couples but also individuals with relationship challenges. I am an Imago Workshop Presenter and a Imago senior clinical instructor.I offer trainings to therapists and others around the world and contribute to the development of theory and new advanced trainings.
