**bare with me on the audio in this episode, I couldn't get my usual software to work so it may sound different than normal!
In this episode I talk about something that I have struggled with and had to overcome this past year and that is imposter syndrome. Everyone experiences imposter syndrome at some point in their lives and learning how to overcome it and act anyway is crucial. In this episode I give some tips for identifying imposter syndrome and some mindset shifts to help overcome it. I also talk about giving yourself grace and allowing your routines to change with the seasons. It's time to hibernate, relax, stretch, and nourish our bodies!!
I also recommended the book that I am currently reading for money mindset called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.
Hope this episode helps you get that mindset shift you need to go after your dreams. <3
