16. Easing Into the New Year & Resetting After the Holidays

The holidays are over, and it’s time to get back into our routines—but let’s be real, it’s not always easy. In this episode, I’m sharing my personal experience of navigating my first holiday season as fully self-employed. While I allowed myself plenty of time to rest, I felt overwhelmed and even guilty for taking time off, despite knowing it’s totally normal.
