In this episode, I’m talking about something that used to run my life: time anxiety. That constant pressure of feeling like there’s never enough time in the day. The constant overwhelm of feeling like you’re “behind”.
But everything starts to shift when you start telling yourself: “I have enough time"
This episode is all about the power of that mindset shift! How changing the way we talk to ourselves about time can ease anxiety, reduce stress, and help us move through our day with more calm, clarity & trust. I’ll also share simple tools and practices to help you reframe your relationship with time.
We’ll end with a short guided meditation to ground you in this belief and remind you that you’re not behind. And you are enough.
