As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of Castellan Consulting and Managing Director of Aurora Estate Agents, Andrew leads with a commitment to excellence, earning Aurora a nomination for the 2024 REIV Residential Property Management Team of the Year. A Griffith University law graduate, Andrew’s legal background spans top-tier firms like HWL Ebsworth and Allens Linklaters. His career includes work as a policy advisor in Brisbane and extensive property law expertise. Andrew's passion for mentoring and industry knowledge uniquely positions him to help property managers excel. 

Robert Gallo is a distinguished barrister with a broad civil and commercial practice across the Australian East Coast. His expertise in litigation and advocacy makes him a vital asset to Castellan Consulting as Co-Founder and Principal Consultant. Robert focuses on the regulatory regimes for residential tenancies in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

He also teaches advocacy in QUT's postgraduate PLT program and contributes to the Journal of East Asia and International Law. Before joining the bar, Robert worked at a leading law firm, South Korea’s national arbitration institution, and in legal publishing. With extensive experience in significant litigation, Robert is dedicated to helping Castellan clients excel in dispute resolution.
