In this fifth episode, I’m diving into the emotional and physical rollercoaster that comes after crossing the finish line of a marathon. While the thrill of the race is next level, it’s common to experience the “post-marathon blues” when you don’t know what’s next.
During this yappin session, I’ll share my experience with this transition, the struggles of feeling lost without a set goal, and how I’m working hard to avoid falling into unhealthy habits now that my race is over. I’ll also chat about how I’m focusing on setting new goals, managing my recovery, and staying motivated without the pressure of “having to be in peak shape” all the time.
