LETS Keep it light podcast with Dr. Ginger Bowler focuses on what she calls "above the line living." As co-founder of LETS (Light and Energy Training Seminars), she and her colleagues like to discuss all those things that help us live a happier healthier life, naturally. Many of the episodes focus on Red, InfraRed, Blue and Green Light therapy or photobiomodulation while the others focus on "understanding energy" / understanding that we are energy beings with a physical body and not just a physical body with a soul or spirit.
