Ashleigh Cosford

Ashleigh Cosford transitioned from a career in youth health and community development to become a naturopath, driven by my long-standing passion for nutrition and holistic health. My experience working with Quit smoking organisations in South Australia and Victoria deepened my understanding of the gaps in healthcare- where the focus was often just on cravings, leaving broader health concerns unaddressed. Many individuals struggled with weight gain, persistent smokers' coughs, and mental health exacerbations, which made quitting even harder. Through my Naturopathy studies I gained the knowledge and tools to empower others to restore balance and vitality by offering personalised holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional health. My journey has been shaped by my passion for helping people achieve lasting wellness and transform their lives.
