Human Design Explained: How Understanding Your Energy Changes Everything (with Alex "La" Simms)

Tracy Hill Season 1 Episode 25

I LOVE hearing from you! Drop me a text! 💬

Ever wish someone would just hand you the manual for how you’re built to operate?

In this episode, I’m on the other side of the mic being interviewed by Alex “La” Simms, the brilliant host of the Cancer Cured Me podcast. We dive into Human Design: what it is, why it’s not as woo-woo as you think (not that we don't love woo), and how it can help you finally stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your natural energy.

I share how I went from living a picture-perfect, burnout-riddled corporate life to discovering Human Design and why learning how I’m actually designed to move through the world changed everything.

We break down the five energy types (including Alex’s own Manifesting Generator chart), the power of profiles, and how understanding your authority can make decision-making way less confusing and way more aligned.

This conversation is real, energizing, and a permission slip to be fully you.

Human Design Explained: How Understanding Your Energy Changes Everything (with Alex "La" Simms)

[00:00:00] I was in a room where we were talking about human design and people were learning about it for the first time, and I saw the exhales of these women as they realized, wait a minute.

Are you saying that the thing that I've been beating myself up for my entire life, trying to correct this about me is exactly how I'm supposed to be? I was designed that way and it's actually a like a superpower. Hearing that exhale, I thought, oh my gosh. Not only do I want this for me, I want other women to feel that

We are diving deeper [00:01:00] into human design today and this episode we'll learn what it is, why it matters, and how it can help you tap into and trust the wisdom within. I'm so excited. Quickly though, if you're new to human design, this is a great time to pause and grab your free chart. You can just head to a beautiful fix.com.

Click on the human design tab and enter your exact date. Time and location of birth, you'll get your own energetic blueprint. So everything you hear today lands even deeper. Now if for today's purposes you don't know your exact time of birth, a lot of people don't go ahead and enter 12 noon. It's not exact, but it'll get you in the ballpark.

Your type and strategy, more than likely will be accurate. Just know that a lot of your chart might be incorrect, but for today's purposes, it'll at least be a start and then you can [00:02:00] work on, doing a little research and trying to find your exact time of birth. So this week I'm the one getting interviewed by Alex, also known as La Sims.

She's the powerhouse behind the podcast. Cancer Cured Me. Okay. After a cancer diagnosis turned her life upside down, Alex rebuilt it with more intention, joy, and presence than ever before. Her story is powerful and so is the way she shows up In this conversation, you'll actually hear her full story in a future episode on a beautiful fix.

But today we'll break down the basics of human design. And I'm gonna walk her through her own chart. So Alex is a manifesting generator with emotional authority and a five one profile, and the way she lights up as it all clicks into place. That's exactly why I do this work. So [00:03:00] this episode is your permission slip to stop forcing what doesn't fit, to start trusting how you were built to operate.

And if you wanna go deeper, after pulling your chart and listening to our conversation, I offer customized, personalized, one-to-one human design sessions where we walk through your unique design, what it all means, how to use it, and most importantly, how to actually live it. That is the key. Live it. So I'll share more about that at the end of the episode, but if you're already curious, just head to a beautiful fix.com and click on the human design tab.

Alright, let's get into it. Today I'm thrilled to be talking to Tracy Hill, who's a certified human design guide.

Human design is something I've been wanting to talk about on the podcast for quite some time Now, for those of you who dunno what it is, it's a system that is here to help you recognize your innate gifts and traits so that you can be who you truly came here to be.

Tracy has so much [00:04:00] wonderful knowledge to share with us.

She is, as I say, a certified human design guide, and she's the creator of a Beautiful Fix, which is a fabulous podcast and a platform that helps women stop chasing answers outside of themselves and start trusting the ones within. So let's. In welcome Tracy. So delighted to have you here. Amazing. Tracy Hill from a beautiful fix and welcome.

Thank you Alex. I'm so excited to have this conversation today. I've really been looking forward to it. Aw, thank you. Thank you. Well, I kind of felt like I hijacked you and said Tracy, I wanna hear everything about human design. This is so self-indulgent. But I just think lots of people have heard of human design and they're human design types, but we don't get into enough it, into it enough.

And I've sort of, I've got an app on my phone and, and I say to people, oh, do you [00:05:00] know what time you were born? You know, and quite often they quick phone call to their mom to find out what time they were born or they panic 'cause they dunno what time they were born to get that really accurate, you know, what type, what human design type am I?

But I am absolutely fascinated and I truly believe that. It could be life changing for anyone once they know what their type is and how they can be living their best life in alignment with their type. And it just felt really important on this podcast to go into it and explore it more. And I know you've really, really kindly offered for listeners of this podcast to create a report, so we'll come to that at the end if people are listening and thinking, but how do I find out who I like?

What am I and what does that mean? And um, and obviously there's ways of working with Tracy as well. So let's jump in and tell us how you came to this beautiful practice. Tell us a little bit about you, the lovely Tracy. [00:06:00] Absolutely. And first of all, Alex, it's my favorite thing to talk about. So you're talking about self-indulgence.

It's like, yes. My, my husband is like, please let her have someone else to talk to about human, human design. Um, yes. So. How did I get here? It's interesting because it's one of those things people ask me all the time, well, how did you even know about him? How did you find it? I actually can't answer that question, which is really odd.

I keep thinking, I know it happened in 2020 around the time of COVID. It was also the time, the year that I stepped away from my 25 plus year career. That's when I discovered human design, but I don't know what. The trigger was, I can't remember if it was a conversation, if someone mentioned it to me. All I remember is having this book in my hand.

So I don't know if I went on Amazon and it was a recommendation 'cause nobody was talking about it. I had never heard of it. Yeah. But I had this book and I just devoured it and I loved it. First of all, [00:07:00] a little bit about me as I love a good personality quiz. I've never met one I don't like. I've done all of them.

Um, and so I love just, you know, self-development, finding out more about yourself, unlocking the mystery of life. So I got the book and just devoured it. And at the time I was really struggling with my career and I thought, Tracy, nope, here we go again. This is your latest thing that you're into. Put that back on the shelf and concentrate on your real life.

So I made myself put it back on the shelf and there it set for just years. It just years. And I would think about it and talk about it a little bit, and then the rest of the world kind of caught up. And I started hearing other people mention, I thought, oh my gosh, that was that book that I read that I loved.

And so I ended up diving back into it and making the decision that, you know, it had really helped me and I wanted to help others. And that's when I went and got certified. But to back up a little bit, so I was kind of miss Corporate America from the time that I was a little girl, when people would dream [00:08:00] about what they wanted to be.

For me it was, I wanted to be a businesswoman. I wanted to be a vice president at a company. I don't know why I didn't say president, but it was a vice president. Oh, no. Oh, no. I was, I'm a, I know, I, I know I'm a Capricorn, so I am super ambitious. I'm driven. I just wanted the office, the title. That was what I wanted.

I loved my career. Um, it was in commercial real estate my entire career. I, uh, marketing and commercial real estate. And, um, I, I loved it. And then I had my boys, I have four sons, and something kind of changed in me. I remember having to go back to work and being very upset. I, I always knew I wanted to have children, but I never wanted to be a stay at home mom.

In my mind, they were gonna be part of my life. They weren't gonna be the whole picture. I was gonna be this business woman. I was gonna have it all. But after I had my first son and I had to return back to work after maternity leave, I was just torn apart. Didn't see it coming, having [00:09:00] to hand him over to, you know, childcare.

It broke my heart. Mm-hmm. It didn't feel right. And I went back to work and I was fine, but I wasn't the same person. When a promotion opportunity came up, I, the old Tracy was like, Ooh. Then I sat there and said, Tracy, do you really wanna travel more? Do you wanna be, do you want more responsibility? Do you wanna start?

And for the first time, I realized I don't, and I didn't love the way that felt because it wasn't, I didn't recognize that in myself. The old Tracy would've been like, let's go for it. Like, that's what lit me up was that next thing. And so slowly I started to feel off my game because I'm like, I, my career started to fade a little bit, the importance of it.

And, um, after a while we had, we found out we were pregnant with our, I think our fourth, and my husband was actually, it was my third. My husband was like, Tracy, we're paying so much in childcare. This doesn't really make a lot of sense. You know, one of us should probably stay home. [00:10:00] And I'm looking at him and he's looking at me and I'm like, oh, you want me to stay home?

What? So I didn't make as much, um, money as him, so I had to stay home. And I felt like I drew the short straw. I didn't wanna give up my career, so I stayed home. And Alex, it was, again, I didn't recognize myself. I was a mom completely, but I, I was used to being the mom in the evenings after I picked him up from childcare and on the weekends, and I was used to co-parenting.

My husband was there. Suddenly I'm at home. I no longer have a title. I can't answer the question. And what do you do? I'm a mom. Everything, these little lives are completely, you know, relying on me. And I felt off my game again, and I was really nervous and afraid, and I wasn't sure if I liked this. And I would watch my husband drive off for work and I would just feel this envy.

And so I [00:11:00] spent a lot of that precious time. A lot of that precious time, just looking back on a life that I thought I still wanted instead of being present in the moment and enjoying being home with my CH sons. Anyway, fast forward, I ended up falling in love with that life. I completely forgot about my corporate life.

I became their mom. I knew everything about 'em. I, every second of their day, every health issue, every concern, I was right there. Then the economy took a turn and I had to go back to work, and I'm like, wait a minute. But I thought I'd left my career. I've been watching SpongeBob for four years. I don't know about marketing anymore, you know?

But I had to go back. So now I'm sitting back in my career, back in the city, and I don't recognize myself again. I'm back to the thing that I thought that I missed. Mm-hmm. Now all I want is to be back home with my sons. I mean, I just tortured myself for a good decade of just the back and the forth and so many lessons that your listeners can pull [00:12:00] out of this is just be present.

And where you are, stop longing for the future and the past, just be present. So then I spent 10 years in a job that was phenomenal. It was a wonderful company, wonderful role. Worked with great people, learned so much. I grew so much. I had to get on stages that I did not think I could do, but I had to. And I realized I could.

I traveled the world, but I was broken once again inside because I was telling myself, you don't belong. Here. You are someone's mom. You're not this marketing person. They think you are. You don't have these answers. You know, I, I call it Mr. No, he was just talking to me once again, here's why this is not right for you.

So what I'm trying to say is I, I went through, I started off in my younger years being very certain of who I was and what I wanted out of life. And when I hit my thirties, I just. [00:13:00] Everything started to be off. I lost my father, who was a huge part of my foundation. I mean, literally if you, it was like that Jingga game.

I dunno if you've ever played it, where you slowly pulled the block. That's what was happening in my life. Everything that I thought was true was just being pulled out. And so I got to the point in my career where I just couldn't fake it anymore. I could not show up. I was just, I couldn't do it. And so one day I pulled a tarot card that said, I had been thinking about this for months, for years, but one day I pulled a tarot card, an Oracle card that just said, come to the edge.

And when I read the card and it's meaning, it was basically just saying, if you want to grow and evolve, you need to come to the edge. You need to make the leap and know that the net will appear. And I took that as a message, whether or not it was, I took it as a message. I told my husband I'm going to do it.

And I called my manager. And for the first time in probably two decades, I was honest. I [00:14:00] showed up very vulnerable exactly where I was. I didn't show up the way I thought she needed to see me. I just said, I don't know what's going on with me, but I can't continue. And we worked together and kind of came up with a plan and I ended up leaving.

Um, very selfish, had nothing else planned. I was, at the time the primary breadwinner for a family of six. I had a couple of boys in college. All I held, all the health benefits. None of it made sense on paper, but I made the leap. Wow. So that's a little bit of my background story. And then I started a beautiful fix.

Oh, oh, right. Come on. I'm on the edge of my seat. Tell me what happens next. Okay, so I ended up leaving my career and, you know, the whole time I was at my career, I was trying to figure out my next steps. Okay, well, Tracy, if not this, then what? And the, then what I couldn't answer and how will we make it and how will [00:15:00] things work out?

And none of those answers were there. But after I made that leap, within three months, everything, the path was completely open. All the answers came, things changed in our household. The benefits appeared, everything miraculously came together. And I just remember thinking, this is amazing. I, I could not see it.

It didn't exist. It wasn't a thing when I was sitting at my desk trying to figure it out. But once I made the leap, it's like the universe conspired. Yeah. And it was okay for me to be home. Mm-hmm. And so I took that time and said, what I'm not gonna do is what I normally do and try to fix this and immediately go back to work.

'cause I'm gonna show up that same broken person. 'cause it wasn't the job, it was me. Mm-hmm. And so I allowed myself for the first time and my adult years, even teenage years, because I started working when I was like 14 years old. I allowed myself to just be, [00:16:00] I told my family, I'm just going to be, I'm broken.

I just need to heal. To just reconnect with the birds and go on walks. And over that time I began to heal and I started to feel again and the numbness kind of went away. Um, and I kept asking myself, Tracy, what are you passionate about?

You know the question that everyone tells you? Follow your passion. I didn't know what it was. I had been numb inside. But what I realized was that the things that light me up, there's this theme of beauty. It's beautiful moments, it's beautiful destinations, it's beautiful conversations. It's a walk in nature.

It's noticing the sunset, it's seeing the butterfly, listening to the birds, going through a beautiful high-end luxury store and just walking through it. And I thought, I don't know what that is, but that is what lights me up. It's not one thing. It then I learned later that beautiful things are very high vibrational.

And so when you're in [00:17:00] your presence. Presence. You naturally, your state kinda rises. And so I would chase these beautiful fixes. That's where the name came. I wanted to, oh, that was gonna be my next question. Yes. No different than someone who has a caffeine fix or a heroin fix, or a cocaine fix. Mine was beautiful, getting high on life.

And so I would try to search for these beautiful things and I thought, okay, I'm gonna start a business where I spotlight how beautiful this world is. 'cause we often forget. Especially in on in times like now we wake up to the news, don't even wake up to the news. Every hour here in the States, there's a new breaking news flash and it gets darker and darker and darker.

And yes, that is all real and it exists, but there's also so much beauty in our everyday lives, and I want it to just shine the spotlight on how beautiful these, how beautiful the world is. And help women who felt like me [00:18:00] felt broken. I felt so alone. I felt like I was the only one, and I wanted to just give voice to them and make them be seen.

That there is a path back. There is a way back, and there's several tools. There's not just one. Human design is one. Yeah. But from my podcast, I have people on Alex. You were on. Everyone has a unique story. We've all kind of figured out our way back and there's so many different ways to do it. But you have to just start.

You have to take the action first. You have to be kind to yourself. You have to get still, you have to go inward. I was searching for all of my answers externally. I was asking my husband, what should I do? I was talking to other colleagues, what do you wanna do? I was reading books and taking courses, looking everywhere, but inside.

Yeah. And so that's when I started a beautiful fix and got back to human design. I love that. I was about to say, were you Googling it? Because when we [00:19:00] talked on your podcast and you were asking me about a book that really I couldn't stop thinking about, and it was Glennon Doyle Umt Tamed when she found herself googling, should I leave my husband?

Now he's having a fan. It's like, what am I doing? I'm Googling one of the biggest, most important decisions I'll ever make. Um, but it's true, isn't it? Yes. Like you literally, you're always looking outside of yourself because you're not trusting, and, and yet you've just so beautifully explained that when you.

Truly let go. And everything is telling you that, what the hell are you doing? Like how, how can you do that? You're the breadwinner and you cannot do that. What, what do you think? Like what? Like, we're gonna, how are we gonna survive? And yet you knew. And then instinctively it all came. It all came. And, and that's what happens as soon as we get quiet.

And like you say, you get into nature and you surround yourself by all the beautiful, magical things that are just free in life. Yes. And then you are open to receive exactly what you needed to [00:20:00] hear. And it is that simple. And you and I are so aligned on that. And the mission on my podcast is for people to just calm their nervous system, allow the beauty in, and then it will just all happen for you.

And I always say, you'll find your purpose, but let's move into human design. Because Yes, first of all, I don't even know. Let's start with like, what is it? How did it come about? Yes. Because I sort of don't think I particularly know exactly what it is. I know it's a combination. Yes. Um, so human design has been described in a couple different ways.

At the most simplistic thing, it's an energetic blueprint. It's simply a blueprint of your energy. You can think of it as almost like a user manual or a life manual on how your energy moves through this world and interacts with other people and the environment. Um, it is a system that is designed to help you discover who you were born to be.

It is not [00:21:00] about telling you you're broken or you need to be fixed, that there's anything wrong with you. Why I fell in love with it is because I mentioned, I've done all of the personality exams, Myers-Briggs, all, all of them, disc, um. And this system one is not better than the others. It's made up of five energy types.

But there's not one that you should aspire to be like, this is the one to be, you need all of them. If we did not have one of those five types as a collective, it would collapse. You literally need each one to play a particular role. So I fell in love with the fact that it's telling you you're fine, exactly how you are.

Yeah. So women, one of the things that made me pull that book back off the shelf and buy like 10 more books and take like several courses was I was in a room where we were talking about human design and people were learning about it for the first time. And I saw the exhales of [00:22:00] these women as they realized, wait a minute.

Are you saying that the thing that I've been beating myself up for my entire life, trying to correct this about me is exactly how I'm supposed to be. I was designed that way, and it's actually a like a superpower hearing that exhale, I thought, oh my gosh, not only do I want this, for me, I want other women to feel that, to have that permission slip because Alex, we are told constantly to be something other than the way we are, to not trust ourselves and instead to rely on everything else.

And this system is saying, no, it is all within you. You don't need me. You don't need anyone. You just need to get still. I wanted to make a quick reference in my two stories. Just hearing me talk out loud, you can see the difference between when I was kind of broken from the time that I had children and corporate America, that whole thing [00:23:00] I mentioned.

I was constantly looking to the future or looking to the past and, and I was never in the present moment. And when I jumped and made that leap and came home, the only real difference is I became very present. I was not, I didn't allow myself to, to do the whole, well, Tracy, what's next? What's next? What?

What's what? Are you gonna, and I didn't look back on my career for the most part. I stayed in that present moment. Well, human design is kind of like that. It's just about being authentic and true to yourself, embracing who you are, and when you learn about your energy. There's more ease. There's more flow and less resistance.

So that's kind of the whole point. If people are thinking, and so what is the point of doing this? If you can work with your energy and not against it, yeah, your life can just flow a lot easier. We do a lot of efforting. We're always busy doing this [00:24:00] thing and doing that and running here and running that and picking up the kids.

And that makes us feel, especially from an American standpoint, like you are doing something. Mm-hmm. We, we take pride in, oh, I'm so busy. Oh my gosh. It's all about being busy. Well, with human design it's saying flow. It doesn't have to be this busy work, it's just flowing. Yeah. Oh my God, that makes me so happy.

So, and I'm sorry, Alex, you, you, you did mention a little bit about what is human design. So I started to talk to you about it, but it is, it's a, it's this amazing system in and of itself, but it is comprised of these ancient wisdoms. They all kind of just came together within this system and aligned so nicely.

So it is the western astrology. It is the Hindu chakra or chakra system. It is the Chinese etching and is the kabbalistic tree of life. Those are these ancient, ancient wisdoms that all just. Kind of pair very nice in human design. And then you have more modern [00:25:00] sciences like quantum physics and bioenergetics.

So it, it really is this combination of everything and it all pulls from the moment you were born and also three months before you were born. So in human design you have your birth time and then they go three months or 88 days before. 'cause according to human design, that is when the soul enters the body.

So they take both of those things into account. Oh, okay. You are imprinted the moment you were born, depending on the celestial bodies, the, the planets and where they were in the sky, there's an imprint, there's something called neutrinos that pass through everything. It's little kisses from like the stars.

They just emit from the stars, mostly the, the sun. And they pass through everything and they have mass. So they have a little bit of memory. As they pass through something, they kind of collect information and then when they pass through, you. It imprints it on you. So you were imprinted at the time you were born.

Wow. And from that [00:26:00] moment you were born exactly who you were meant to be. But what happens is there's something called conditioning. So human design is not here to tell you to be someone else, but it is letting you know that you have been conditioned and to decondition, to kind of unbe become. Because underneath all of that and underneath your mask is you.

So from the moment you are born. Unfortunately your parents, well-meaning parents, I'm sure I've conditioned my sons. You don't set out to do it, but mm-hmm. Your friends, your teachers, your church, your neighbors, your, the media, TV, celebrities. I mean, it's, it's nonstop your, your conditioned. So what happens is, depending on how you were raised or who, who you were raised, you are, most people can get so conditioned away from their type that a lot of times you, they don't even resonate with it when they first learn their energy type.[00:27:00]

Oh, I love it. Just, I'm like, that was a lot. No, I not, no, I just think it's beautiful. 'cause I didn't know the bit about. It's not just the time you're born, it's, it's the going, did you say it was 88 days before? It's like 88 days. Wow. Three months before. So you have a personality side of your human design that is conscious.

More than likely you will resonate with it. That's how you kind of see yourself. That's how you present yourself. That's the conscious side of your human design chart. Then you have the unconscious side or the design side. It's very ancestral. You may not resonate with you. It's in you. It's a part of you, but it may be more unconscious and that is the part that is the three months before side.

Okay. Okay. First off, I'm just gonna say, and I'm gonna say is to anyone listening, please make sure you get your report from Tracy, because I straight away going Ah, right. I need to know more about me. So let, let's talk about, before I go off on what's relevant to me. Let's [00:28:00] talk about, yes. So as you mentioned, there are five types and um, well.

I'm gonna let you, you are the expert and I'll say the wrong thing. I know what type I am, but, and I've got a vague idea what it means. And Alex, I'm the, an, I'm the anti expert. I, I say I'm not an expert in anything. Um, I consider myself a guide because again, you are the expert for yourself. Yeah. Um, I am a life learner.

I will be learning until the moment I, you know, take my last breath. But there are five types. Some would say there are four. The reason being is because one of the types is a hybrid and it's, I believe the one that you are a manifesting generator. Yeah. That is a hybrid of the man. So the five types are, you have a manifester generator, projector, reflector, and a manifesting generator.

So those are, those are the types. Um, and did you want me to go into a brief description of what those five types are or, yeah, that would be great. [00:29:00] 'cause I think if, again, if people are listening, I'm going, I. Know nothing about human design. Yes. Let's go briefly. 'cause I think I, it's taken me quite a long time actually to pick up more about it.

So I Yeah, I'd love to hear those sort of summaries. Absolutely. And to your point, if anyone is listening, if you want to find your chart, you can go to a beautiful fix.com and click on human design and you can find your chart. It's completely free, but then you can pause and come back. So going through the types you have the manifester.

The manifester is here to initiate. It is here to spark things. It is the only type that doesn't need to wait for something. They just go, they're very fast moving. They're the person that might come in and stir things up, and then they're gone. Um, they are not meant to live a traditional life. They are, um, they, you really can't clip their wings.

You have to let them fly and just go, um. [00:30:00] They are not meant to ask for permission. They are just here to really just act and go. Their strategy, which ties to their type, is to, um, inform, it's to initiate and then to inform. And the reason why they inform piece is, is because they're so fast and they just go and they just go that it's good for them to tell someone who's gonna be in their path, who's gonna be impacted.

Here's what I'm doing. They're not asking for permission, they're just going. So two of my sons are manifesters. And as a mom it's very hard to tell them to not ask for permission. But you know, they're a little older and I'm trying to let them know, follow your own path. Follow your nudge. In the morning, if you wake up and there's something that you are being pulled towards, just say, mom, I'm gonna go play golf all day and go follow it.

You're not asking me for permission. The moment that they try to follow others or, um, you know, be a little bit more conventional. That's when it [00:31:00] kind of falls apart. They have to trust and just go. So those are, those are manifesters. That's so interesting. Yeah. 'cause my son is also a manifester. And, and Okay, that makes perfect sense to me because he, yeah.

He's not good when he's trying to follow the crowd. Mm-hmm. But he's very good at being on his own and in his own world and creating stuff and then he moves on. Yes. And that's another reason why for an, a manifester to inform people, because when they are creatives, when they're getting into that creative mode, they, it's not good for them to be interrupted.

'cause it messes up the flow. So it's like, well if you just inform someone before you start it, then that call wouldn't have come in checking in on you and you could just go. So they're just, that's the, that's the inform piece. Let people around you know, what it is you're doing and then go for it. Okay.

Generators are like se 70%. So Manifestors I think are like maybe 9% of the population. Generators are 70% because they're made up of manifesting generators, [00:32:00] which are about 35%, and just generators, which are about 35%. This world was built by generators. It was, it's four generators. So a generator is, we have our sacral center.

Defined in our charts. That means that we have consistent fixed energy to our life force energy. We're like batteries. It's like a generator for your home. If the power goes out, you put it, you know, generator in and it just goes, we are batteries. We can just, we have consistent, reliable access to this life force energy 24 7.

When I first learned that I was a generator, I'm a generator. I did not relate to it. I had, I was burning out of my career. I did not feel like I had all this energy. I thought that doesn't feel right. But here's the key. We have all of this access to energy, but only when we're doing something that lights us up.

When we're doing something we love. When we're doing something we love, it regenerates our battery. It just means that we have energy for that. And when we have [00:33:00] energy for something, there's no end to that energy. It can keep going, but when we're doing something that drains us, it drains that battery. It just drains it.

That's exactly what you found. Yeah. And when I, yeah, when I got that piece of it, I thought, oh my gosh, because the beauty of human design is you have to get out of your mind with it. Mm-hmm. You hear it in theory, it doesn't do anything for you when you're like, oh, I heard something about that. And say, you have to try to embody it, get it outta your mind and into your body and really practice.

So when I started to realize, well, let me think about this. When I'm doing something, I love, if you give me a book, untamed, I'm gonna just read that thing. Like, there's no stopping. I have to tell myself to go to bed, but if you have me work on my taxes, it's like, oh gosh, well that was enough of that. I, I have no energy for it.

So I, that's when I realized, okay, so that's a generator. It's just, we're here to light the world. We're here to generate good energy in the world. We do this by being lit up and it's not selfish because when we are, we are [00:34:00] transmitting all that energy and so when we're lit up, we light others up. So it's a really.

Beneficial thing for us to focus on what we love. Then you have, oh, and so the, the strategy for a manifesting for, I'm sorry, a generator is to wait to respond. I didn't love that. I don't, there's a lot of language and human design that sometimes can be offputting. I have to wait to do what, I have to wait.

Like I didn't like that. But here's the key. All that means is, again, this is all about your energy. So instead of me chasing, I do not chase, I attract. Once I looked at it like that, I was like, oh, I like that. It's very much queen energy to me. Yeah. Yeah. You just don't chase. You can do a lot of efforting and a, not a lot is coming from it, but when you follow your strategy, if you're a generator or manifesting generators, we don't chase.

We attract, our aura is very magnetic. We tend to naturally [00:35:00] attract things and pull it into us. So what you do is our power lies in responding to what life brings us. Okay. So it's a little bit, it's a little nuance of instead of chasing things down. You put things out there, you get excited about what it is.

I get excited about human design. Suddenly Alex hears about I'm a human design person and you invite me to be on your show. There wasn't a lot of efforting for me to get here today. Mm-hmm. It's different than the way I was before. I would've sought you out and, and researched you and reached out to you, and, you know, it's just, you wait till life naturally sends things, and when it comes, you respond.

It's a, it's a, it's a gut response of, Ooh, yes Alex, I'd love to be on your show. I responded to your invitation. Or it's Mm, nope, that's not for me. So my energy, I'm not using it up anymore. I'm just responding to [00:36:00] life. Oh. It just makes so much sense, doesn't it? That's why I need everyone to hear this, because it's like, yes, just understand yourself better.

Okay. Sorry. Carry on. Yes. Come on. Yep. Manifesting generators. Okay. Yes, no. Okay, so let's move into manifesting generators. So manifesting generators are literally a hybrid of the two that I just talked about manifest. So yours is very similar, manifesting generators. You guys are almost like superhuman. You are.

You have this ability to do things fast, to pivot and pivot. Often. You like to start things you might not finish. Mm-hmm. And you've moved on to the next thing. But that is kind of where your power is. You also are very efficient. You can, um, you can figure out the shortcut, not in a way that you're cutting corners, but in a brilliant way to just get it done a little bit faster.

I may say, Alex, we're gonna do this thing. I need you to take these seven steps and you're gonna be like, yeah, it's, it's three. I'm gonna do that same thing, but I can already see where that doesn't make sense. And why would I do [00:37:00] that? I'm gonna do it in three steps. Yeah. Um, so you're meant to pivot, you're meant to do all the things you are.

Multitaskers, you're multi-passionate. And so the big thing with my manifesting generators that I want people to hear is this is probably the one type that has almost the most conditioning in terms of the world telling you to not be exactly the way you are. Alex, choose one thing. Could you just stay in your one lane?

Could you niche down? Could you finish what you start? Just do the one you know. You have to get comfortable with saying, no, that is not the way I'm meant to be, because there's a reason why you have all these interests. There's a reason why you're doing this today, and oh, look at that over there, and you move there.

That is how you fo. You're supposed to follow those nudges. Maybe when you did this thing for two weeks, you got exactly what you needed out of it. That led you to this thing, and that was this thing's purpose. Yeah. You [00:38:00] don't need to waste your energy finishing this thing. You, it already did its purpose of getting you here.

So manifesting generators are not meant to be in a groove of life. You're meant to create your own groove. You might take these two things and put 'em together for the first time ever. Mm-hmm. And that benefits the collective because you just combined something that made a whole new path for us. Yeah. Do you know what, I'm just gonna keep saying this.

This is what I love about human design because it, it sort of, it just makes you see yourself and understand yourself so clearly that, you know, instead of beating myself up that why are you starting that, but you haven't finished that and dah, dah, dah, dah. And comparing myself self to people who obviously aren't manifesting generators.

Of course, that's not how you were designed. We are literally talking about how you were designed. That's not for you. Let those people over there who are the other types, let them do that. So this is just magic to hear this. So thank you. [00:39:00] Yes. And I hope there's loads of people going, what? And literally mic dropping and going, where's that report?

Let me read everything about myself. Yeah, I, I hope so. But here's the thing, if they're not, if maybe they have downloaded their chart and they're hearing my words and they're like, that doesn't feel like me. That's okay. Because as I mentioned earlier, a lot of people do not immediately resonate. I didn't, we have been so conditioned away that sometimes it takes a while to strip away those layers, or you have to walk around and sit with it and realize, okay, there is something to it.

So, yes, when now, you know, when you have all these different interests, it's kind of cool. It's like, this is leading me towards my next thing. I'm gonna, I. Follow that instead of beating yourself up. Yeah, that's the piece. That's the piece. It stops you criticizing and beating yourself up. That's it. Right?

And, and maybe stopping that path and then you never get to the thing you were supposed to get to and then the collective doesn't benefit from it. So really quickly, the strategy that goes with manifesting generators, again, it's a little bit of a [00:40:00] hybrid. It is. You are supposed to wait to respond like the generators, you know, respond to life.

But then you, you have that informed piece. And a lot, you know, again, a lot of people don't love that. But again, because you can move fast and because you can pivot, it's good for you to just say, Hey, I'm doing this thing. I'm doing this thing. I'm moving, you know, next week. And for the people that are gonna be impacted, just inform them.

No permission, just inform. Then you have your projectors. So your projectors are kind of like the guides. I. Um, the seers, the, the lighthouse, they have this beautiful way of seeing other people's energy and, um, just guiding them, their, their aura is very probing. My husband is a projector, and that, that word fills a little heavy.

But what it means is when you meet my husband, you'll feel like, did I go to high school with this guy? Like, he just [00:41:00] instantly feels like you've known him forever. He sees you, he just goes there. And that is kind of a projector's energy. They can just almost reach in and see you and they're very good at just guiding energy.

Um, so they're not meant to do. Like a generator. They have this, they don't have that consistent access to that life force energy, so they need more rest and they need naps. Now, they may do something similar to a manifesting generator. They may get the job done in four hours. I. They're good, but to make them sit in a nine to five job and have to work eight to 10 hours, that's not the best use of their energy.

It doesn't mean, so with projectors, they have to understand that they're not lazy, there's not something wrong. They're efficient. They can, they can, um, also step back and see the bigger picture. And they're very good with systems and process and how to make things more efficient. So they don't [00:42:00] necessarily need to do it for eight hours.

But in the society we say, Nope, you're working these hours, and that's how it is. And so that's why it's, it would be so great for corporations to understand this about their own team members because you can see like, okay, when she needs to get up after four hours and maybe go for a walk, that's the best thing for her.

My husband is a projector. My son's a projector. He used to come home and wanna take naps and I was like, as a generator, don't take a nap. No, just keep going. Just keep going. Do your homework, do this, and then get, and now I realize, oh my gosh, yeah. I should have, you know, wow. The nap was exactly what his body was telling me.

Yeah. Are they quite sensitive? Are they quite sensitive, or, or they, I mean, like they feel other energies quite strongly. Yes. A absolutely, absolutely. But we all kind of do though. Yeah. Because in human design, what's cool about it is, um, and then I, I will finish with the last type before I forget, is we're constantly interacting with each other's energy.

So [00:43:00] in your chart, you have these centers, and some of them are defined and some of them aren't. But depending on who you're talking with. Your energy centers are going to the ones that are undefined. Every once in a while they will be defined or depending on the transits, what's going on in with planetary systems.

It'll light up different things in your chart, so your chart is the way it is. But depending on environments and people and what's going on in the world, different elements of your chart will interact. So we are filling other, you feel, you receive other people's energy in your centers that are undefined.

If on your chart you see something that's white, a shape that's white, that means you're undefined, it's open. That is where you receiving other people's energy. It's not your own. You're filling it, you're amplifying it, but it's not your own. So it's key because when you can realize. My emotional solar plexus is undefined.

I'm very emotional. And a lot of them are empaths. They're literally filling everybody else's energy and [00:44:00] then amplifying it. So they're very emotional, but more than likely, it's not even their own emotions they're filling. So now you can say, I'm feeling all these feels, but is this even mine? Is this even mine?

Let me go. Maybe sit with myself and quiet. And so that, so we all feel each other's energy. Yeah. But the last and final type are reflectors. Reflectors are only 1%. I think you said your daughter is a reflector. Yeah, my eldest daughter is, yeah. Alex, that is amazing. Only 1% of the population are reflectors.

They're these beautiful unicorns that live amongst us and I, and I mean that in the most beautiful way. They are truly special. Hey, I just wanna pop into this interview really quickly. Um, I mentioned that reflectors, I refer to them as unicorns, and I know that reflectors get called, you know, the unicorns of human design a lot, sometimes in a way that makes them sound fragile. But just to be clear, [00:45:00] I don't see them as delicate.

I see them as powerful. Deeply wise and uniquely equipped to read and reflect the world around them, that energy is something we need more of, not less so. I just wanted to quickly clarify that for any of my reflector friends out there listening, your energy is beautiful and powerful . Okay, let's get back to it.

So they are the only design where all of those centers are undefined. Her whole chart is completely open. So all of her energy is energy that she is receiving from others, and amplifying reflectors are mirrors in our society.

They are reflecting back to us. If you are with a reflector, they're reflecting back to you who you are in your household. They're reflecting back to you what is going on in the household in your company. They're reflecting back what's happening with your [00:46:00] team and that organization and in the world, they're reflecting what is going on.

So. I just have to even take a breath imagining what a gift that is and what they take on. And so for them it is important to really have good energetic hygiene and protecting their energy and knowing that they need solitude. They need time to themselves, they need to appreciate that, feel what they're feeling and let it go.

Not hold onto it. 'cause it's not their own. Yeah, it's not their own. Yeah. And to not get into your, their mind and go down this rabbit hole of maybe what they're feeling in the moment, but instead be like, that's interesting. Who am I around? What environment am I in? What does this mean? This is not mine to hold onto.

Mm-hmm. So, and their strategy, their strategy is to, you know, is to to wait. They have to wait. Um. Um, for like 28 days, you know, [00:47:00] to, to make decisions. That's their authority. I'm sorry, that's their authority. They have to literally kind of wait with a lunar calendar before making big decisions. So it is, it is truly unique.

Wow. But, and it feels like that's a lot of work. Um, I don't know works the right name, but to, to be able to go, that's not mine. You know, because I think a lot of times what I notice is all that energy has taken on and that can be really quite overwhelming and, and not, and not knowing that it's not theirs.

Absolutely. But that is the power of understanding your design because hopefully there's some relief that comes with, first of all, learning that you are a reflector, honoring it because it's so rare and beautiful that they walk amongst us, understanding their beautiful role in the collective. Um. Some call it the canary in the coal mine because they, they do [00:48:00] show us what is going on in environments, but then to know that they have to protect themselves and they have to realize it's not because without knowing that they're gonna walk around thinking all these things or them, you know, that they're taking on.

So there's power and understanding. Oh my gosh, should I be using her more? I should say, oh, you're a great barometer for what's going on. And that is quite scary that you say they're a mirror. 'cause I think Yeah, they're a mirror. She is. But it can be a beautiful thing because you can kind of just learn, you know, or if you see that she's maybe stressed or taking on a lot, it's something you can almost step back and think what's going on, you know, or what, what's happening or what might she be taking on?

Um, so yeah. I mm-hmm. That's fascinating. Oh my gosh. Okay. [00:49:00] Okay. And then now feel really ignorant here because what's the other piece? 'cause there's the numbers, the two numbers that you get alongside your type. Yes. So there's, first of all, there's so much to your human design. There's so much, but I'm literally skimming this up, but, but you kind of have to, because what you can do with human design, and I'm guilty of this, is you have this chart with all of these symbols and numbers and colors, and you wanna just, and what's that?

And what's this and what's that? Yeah. The thing is, it's so much that it, again, it becomes theory. It stays in your mind and it doesn't really go anywhere. If you don't embody it and apply this to your life, nothing's really gonna happen. Your chart is potentiality. It is at your highest expression. What is in you?

That can naturally flow from you and what your life can be like at its highest form. But there's also a lower expression of your chart, which is sometimes they call the shadow. So you have [00:50:00] gifs and you have kind of the shadow and you can, when I first discovered human design, I was absolutely in the shadow of my chart.

Um, so you really just wanna focus on the things that we talked about initially. Mm-hmm. Your type, just understanding what it is. Mm-hmm. Your strategy. Your authority, um, which we touched on just a little bit. Um, because if you get those right, then you flow with your energy. And what happens is your chart unlocks itself.

You don't really need to know it. It's within you whether you are aware of it or not. Mm-hmm. Once you get into alignment with your energy, it naturally unlocks. So you do have to be careful about trying to do too much too soon. Yeah. Start with the foundations of human design, really get that into your life and then move on.

But what you were referring to was your profiles. So any human design, you have a profile and it's kind of the how you move through this world. And it's made up of two lines, archetypes, you can call them, um, [00:51:00] and your profile is a five 1:00 AM I. I believe it is. I do. I feel like I should know that. 'cause I always go oh six two.

But it's not, I think it's five one. Yeah, five one. Okay. I thought I looked. So let's say it's a five one. Yeah. So the five that is your personality side. That is the conscious side of you. So you probably will recognize this. That is the heretic, it's savior kind of energy. It is. People tend to project onto you what they want you to be, need you to be.

Alex, you're really good at fixing all the things. I need you to fix this. I, you're a great problem solver. You're very practical. It's a lot of solve this. You kind of naturally can do that. Um, but it doesn't mean that you should, and it doesn't mean that you should be the one who does everything. So a lot of people with the line five can be overwhelmed because life comes to 'em constantly.

Like, Hey, you're really good at this. Can you fix it? And you're good at that? Can you [00:52:00] fix that? You know, they have to be very careful with guarding their energy and recognizing just because I can doesn't mean I have to. That's right. Okay. And instead, let me help you help yourself. Yeah. Because it's this beautiful energy.

It really is. It's just that when you're out of alignment, it can wear you down, break you down, and become overwhelming When you're in alignment, it can be this beautiful thing where you are this problem solver, um, and you can help people and you can heal people. It's beautiful, but you have to protect it.

So that's your line five. Then your line one is your unconscious sign, your design sign. So this is the one that may, you may not be as aware of it, or you might, it is the researcher. It's the investigator. It is, you feel very safe when you have information, when you, um, can research and you've kind of got the data and you, you understand what's going on.

It's an important piece for you to feel safe to have that part. [00:53:00] So, you know, between the, the two that kind of makes up, it's, it's a really good clue of themes of how you can move through life and work. Yeah. With your energy. And they're all different kinds of combinations. Yes. But honestly mine, that, that, that's definitely mine.

Five one. I cannot tell you how spot on it is. So the five, what you just described, I think that's where I came from. Like you said, maybe even in the shadow side of it, because people pleasing. People pleasing. Yes. Because I know how to fix everything. So I will, because then people will like me and they won't leave me.

And, and that was where I was. And now since my big, you know, since I changed, hence the cancer cure of me, blah, blah, blah. It is very much, it is my pleasure to help people to heal. It gives me pleasure to help people to heal and to mm-hmm. Find their purpose rather than, oh, I just need to do it to, to be safe.

You know, it's not that constant demand on my energy. [00:54:00] Alex, doesn't that energy feel completely differently? Oh my God. It's like, well, this is why I never stop talking about it, because it's just so incredible. So the fact that that matches with me being a, a type five, and then the one when you said like the researcher and the knowledge thing, oh my God, that's me.

I mean, my whole life, I remember my sister would say to me, oh my God, you can't do anything until you've done every single bit of research on it. And that's me. And, and I'm a bit like you lifelong learner. Like I can never stop learning all the things and wanna, oh, but I wanna know about that. And obviously my type is to be pivoting and pivoting and, but now I don't criticize myself and go, well, why are you doing that now?

Because you said you wanted to do that. And it's like, but as you beautifully explain it, it's just a pathway. And you were only meant to do that for, you know, I don't know, a few months or whatever, or. Few years. And I, and I knew that I couldn't and, and you know, when I first started working after I came out of uni, I had literally jump into about 20 different jobs.

I'm not even exaggerating [00:55:00] because I'd go into temporary jobs and they think that I was gonna stay permanently. And then I go, okay, no, bye. I am going bye. I'm going. I moved flats so many times and then I knew I was totally in the right place and I stayed in my job for 11 years. So, yeah. Anyway, sorry. It's just, this is very much about me, but it's good to use an example of, you know, absolutely.

To sort of explain it. Yeah. And so I will say your authority, and I hope I'm getting this right, but I'm pretty sure your authority is emotional. Yes. Yeah, it's emotional. Okay. Yeah. So I'll just tell you a little bit about that just to kind of round it out, because those are the things that I was mentioning are just important to know.

So with, so your authority is like your inner compass. So this goes back to the answers are within, it's simply. The most aligned, it's, it's the best way for you to make decisions that are in alignment with your energy. Mm-hmm. So you have all these centers going on in your body. It is the kind of the, the, the dominant one for you.

It is the one for you to trust [00:56:00] when you are trying to make aligned decisions. So when you have an emotional authority, which I do as well, most people have emotional authority. So either you're gonna have it or you're gonna know someone who has it is, and by the way, that was something else I didn't love about my design, is I don't like the fact that I am so much of the, um, the most, you know, the, the 70%.

Like, I like to think that I'm rare and unique and no. But anyway, I digress. So going, going back to the emotional authority, all this means for us, Alex, is that there's no clarity in the present moment. Clarity for us comes with time. So when we are making decisions, we have to ride what they call the emotional wave.

Mm-hmm. When our waves are high and we're feeling great and you know, we're all excited about something, that doesn't necessarily mean we should make an impromptu in the moment decision because we're riding high, feeling good. We may wake up the next morning and be like, oh God, what have I done? [00:57:00] Or. If our wave crashes and we're feeling down and you ask me something, that's probably also not a good time to make a decision.

So what we do is we wait for that wave to crash. And if you think about a wave crashing, it kind of neutralizes itself. It just kind of, that is the time for us to check back in and say, how are we filling now? So the moment you say, Tracy, let's go to Bali. And I'm like, yes. Then I should sleep on it. When, when you hear the phrase sleep on it, it's, it's for us, it's for, I should say, yes, that sounds amazing, but I'm gonna get back to you in a couple of days.

So we need to give ourself that grace to not rush into any decisions and say, that's wonderful. Gimme a couple days and I'll get back to you. So now I wake up the next morning and I check back in. Okay, Alex asked me to go to Bali. How does that feel? Ooh, it still feels good. Mm-hmm. It's still a yes. And every time you check now the amount of time, it depends on probably how major the life deci, you know, the decision is.

Yeah. It could [00:58:00] be an hour, it could be a day, could be a week. It, that part is something you have to just kind of practice with. Yeah. But if you keep checking in at different periods and it continues to be a yes, it's a yes. Yeah. But if it goes back and forth between, well, I don't know it. If it's going, then it's a no for now.

It doesn't mean a no forever, just for now. So that's how we work with our. Authority of making decisions is giving ourselves the grace of time. Yeah. To come to that decision. And that's an emotional authority, which most of us are. Yes, yes. Oh gosh. I hope everyone listening is going, I need to know what type I am.

I really wanna dive into this, but, oh, and is that where you would say, okay, that's enough for now. As you said, you don't wanna go too deep to start with. I mean, ideally you will get those down. Even if you learn more, you'll at least, I always encourage people that have, you know, sessions with me [00:59:00] to try to forget about everything that I said and don't, you know, obsess with the chart and just maybe for the first week walk around with this idea of this type.

Just manifesting generator. I pivot a lot. Just try to look for clues. Consider it an experimentation. Don't take this because I'm telling you anything about this. See if it resonates with you. If it does, keep it. If it doesn't, throw it away. So just walk around with your energy type first and look for clues.

I had to, I didn't think I was a generator, and then after a while I'm like, oh my God, I'm a generator, and now I definitely see it. Then maybe the next week, try your strategy on the whole wait to respond and then inform for you. I'm just gonna try that this week. Let me just watch. As life sends things into my purview, if I, as I see things, I'm gonna just respond, I'm gonna respond to people conversations.

I'm not gonna chase, try that for a week. Yeah. And then your next week maybe try your authority out and see about this emotional wave and your're decision making. [01:00:00] That way you're slowly starting to embody it and get into your body. The other thing is start trusting your body again. You know, there's so much that comes from your body.

There's so much information. There's so much when you feel, the other thing is with your, with your type, is there are these, um, there's something called your signature theme in your not self. Mm-hmm. There are these beautiful indicators inside of us that let you know if you're in alignment or if you're not.

So, as a manifesting generator, again, you're a hybrid. Your signature themes are satisfaction or peace satisfaction for the generator, peace. For the generator side and peace for the manifester side. So, Alex, when you find yourself feeling satisfied, you're not doing cartwheels, you're not, you know, jumping up and down, but you just feel satisfied, stop and think, what am I doing?

Oh, I'm drinking my tea. Yes. Oh, I just had a conversation with my daughter. Oh, I just, and just try to grab onto what satisfaction feels like. You can even say universe. [01:01:00] Yes. More of this and then try to do more of that. It's really that easy when you feel peaceful, oh, I'm doing this, do more of that. The not self for manifesting generator is, the generator side is frustration and the manifester side is anger.

So when you feel frustration or anger, that is just an indicator to say, oh, wait a minute. I'm literally, sometimes I'll say the word, I'm so frustrated and I'll be like, wait. Tracy, all that means is I'm out of alignment. Yeah. What am I doing? Am I chasing, did I just chase something? Ah, am I, you know, what did I just make a impromptu decision and now I'm mad at myself because I didn't wait.

Like you try to just keep going back through your type, your strategy or authority. Just keep, it sounds so boring, but I just keep saying those three things. 'cause then you'll start to catch yourself and now it's working in your world. Yeah. I will have this whole [01:02:00] conversation with Alex. I'm gonna hop off and I will forget everything I said and I'll go back.

'cause I've had so many years of doing life, not thinking of it this way. Yeah. You have to keep saying, wait a minute, Tracy, you're angry, you're frustrated. Why? And frustration can feel like being stuck, confusion, irritate. You know, it can be all those things. Mm. But your chart can tell you your life purpose.

It can tell, talk to you about your relationships there, your health. There's so much in that chart, but you start off macro with what we talked about. Yeah. And in your chart there's a lot of micro, which truly gets to what makes you uniquely you. You might find another manifesting generator and be like, oh, we're completely different.

Mm-hmm. Well, you're in, it's just, it's, it's like us being females. Yes, we're both females, but there's a lot of, so it starts off very macro, but it's foundational. It's key. Yeah. When you dig into your chart even further, you get to the micro, you get to the part that really starts to define exactly [01:03:00] how you are uniquely wired.

Yeah. So tackle it over time. Some people say that the deconditioning can take seven years. I don't have time for that, but you know, don't tell me that. Don't tell me. Right. But you can start today. You can start. Yes. There's no better time. Than starting now. My God. Oh my God. That is so literally beautiful.

Thank you. You explained it so beautifully. You've given us enough to hold onto that. You know, I hope for most of you out there, you're manifesting generators 'cause you've got a load of information there. But, um, there's such a beautiful explanation and yeah, you're right. My, my husband's a manifesting generator.

We are completely different people, but obviously yes, and there's all the different stuff within. So, um, I think what is probably going to be coming outta this Tracy is that people would like to know how they can work or connect with you because Absolutely. It's such a beautiful soul and well, thank you.

I know that I'm gonna be booking in, so go on. I love that. I, I super appreciate that. Yes. If [01:04:00] anything I've said has resonated with you today, and you're feeling a little drawn to this, there are a couple of things there. You can go to a beautiful fix.com, click on human design. There are a couple of things there.

The very first thing is getting your chart completely free. All you need is your. Time of birth the day you were born. The location, if you don't know your time of birth, and a lot of people do not. Mm-hmm. You can a lot of times try to find it on your long form birth certificate. Um, ask your mom, family members if none of that is available to you.

There's a couple different trains of thoughts you can use like 12 noon, just kind of as picking a time. Some would argue not to do that, but as a starting place, it'll get you pretty much there because in human design, like every two hours, parts of your chart changes. Okay. So it'll probably give you the correct type.

Mm-hmm. And strategy. 'cause those two go together. The authority might be right, your [01:05:00] profile might be right. Just know that some things may be a little off, but it's a starting place. Mm-hmm. Um. And then you can get your human design chart while you're on that page, you can download it so you have it all times.

It doesn't go to me, by the way. I don't see any of this, but you can download it. And at the bottom there is a free downloadable report that just talks about your health. Based on the information you gave. It will personalize a, a small health report for you. So all of that is available to you for free. If you wanna go a little further.

Next to that is a personalized, customized 17 page report that will tell you all about your, um, the things that we talked about, your type, your strategy, your authority, and I think even your centers. That is, um, that is a paid report. It's $33. If you wanna go even further and have a, um, one-to-one session with me that is 60 minutes.

You'll be able to say what is the area of your life that you are most curious about or the challenge you're currently, you know, [01:06:00] approaching. And based on all of that, I will go through all of the things we talked about, but I will pull from areas of your chart to try to help you, um, get some clarity around whatever that concern is.

The other things just really quickly is mm-hmm. Um, outside of human design, but, you know, very similar, um, is I have a, um, newsletter that goes out every Sunday, uh, with a, what I call a thought gym. I used to experience a Sunday scaries when I was in corporate America. And again, I just want women to feel seen and heard, and I wanna give them just a little something to think about for their week to make it just a little bit more remarkable.

So if you subscribe to that, you will get that every single Sunday.

Um, but it is just, it's, it's, it's so much fun. And then I also offer retreats, but. Oh, well we are gonna put all of this in the show notes because Okay. There's just so much gold there and I know people are gonna wanna work with you. Can I just ask you, this is always one that I like to throw in at the [01:07:00] end of an interview.

Yes. What, with everything that you know and everything that you've learned in your beautiful life, what would you say to the little Tracy, say that five, 6-year-old Tracy, what would you say to her now? Oh my gosh, Alex, you're not gonna get me to cry. You're not gonna do it. I always get everyone to cry. Oh my gosh.

I say that because I 6-year-old Tracy, she had so much life in her. She wasn't afraid of a whole lot. She believed in herself, she trusted herself. Um, and then the world showed up. Yeah. And just. I took a lot, a lot of that from her because she's so sensitive. I am such a sensitive soul that when I started to get into school and interact with other humans, I got my feelings hurt constantly.

If you [01:08:00] said anything to me, it would hurt me and I would take it on. And so it slowly just chipped away any confidence that I had. Whatever you said, I'd be like, oh, that became my new reality. I didn't even know that about myself, but that is now my new truth. 'cause someone else said it. 'cause someone else said it.

And I see other, I see this younger generation and I see, you know, I can't imagine what they have to go through with social media and people trolling them. And I see some people just let it ride. That's not me. I don't claim that. And it's the most beautiful thing and I wish I had more of that. So anyway, I would just reach back to her and just say, believe in yourself.

Trust in yourself. Don't apologize for who you are. Live life to its fullest and just, just, just be, just, just love life. Don't, don't let others shape you because you are designed [01:09:00] exactly the way you are supposed to be. Tracy, that literally got shivers. What a perfect ending to a beautiful, beautiful interview.

I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.
