A Beautiful Fix | Midlife Burnout, Human Design & Reinvention
You’re outgrowing the version of life you once worked so hard to build. A Beautiful Fix is for women who sense that something needs to change and are finally willing to listen.
This podcast is ranked in the top 5% globally and hosted by Tracy Hill, a former corporate do-it-all-er turned Human Design guide. Tracy helps women stop outsourcing their decisions, reconnect with their internal authority, and make choices that actually feel aligned, not just impressive.
Through solo reflections and conversations with thoughtful, grounded women, A Beautiful Fix looks at identity changes, midlife clarity, ambition without burnout, and the subtle art of choosing yourself without blowing up your life.
Human Design is woven throughout as a practical lens for understanding how you’re wired to move, decide, and lead. The focus is always on clarity, self-trust, and living with more intention and less noise.
This is a podcast about recognizing when the life you’ve built no longer fits, and having the confidence to choose what comes next.
If you’re done going through the motions and ready to live with more awareness, honesty, and agency, you’re in the right place.

Why Let It Be Isn’t Just a Song—It’s a Strategy
Ever hit a week where your body’s tired, your brain’s blank, and everything feels like a bit… much? Same.
This week, I’m not trying to push through. I’m taking a page from The Beatles and letting it be. No forcing. No spiraling. Just honoring what my body and energy are saying.
In this short and real solo episode, I’m sharing why rest is productive, how Human Design helps us know when to pause, and the quiet magic that shows up when we stop fighting the current.
Take the challenge with me: What’s one thing you can let be easier this week?

Why Let It Be Isn’t Just a Song—It’s a Strategy

Ooh, some weeks are packed with inspiration. This wasn't one of them this week. I'm tired. Not the kind of tired that like [00:01:00] a good nap fixes. It's that full body, full mind, kind of tired, you know, the kind where even my creativity needs a time out. Great week, wonderful things going on. My son's in town, family awesome, but I'm tired.
So I'm just gonna take a cue from one of my old time favorite songs from The Beatles. Let it be, you know, speaking words of wisdom. Let it be, I would sing it to you, but believe me, you don't want that. So I've decided I don't need to force a breakthrough, and you don't need to either. There's power in letting things just breathe and not having to turn every moment into a lesson.
Being where you are and just letting that be enough. So this week I'm not pushing, I'm not spiraling or over [00:02:00] analyzing. I'm letting it be and I'm inviting you to do the same. Let this be the week you didn't try to do it all. Let it be the moment you didn't have the answer, but you trusted yourself. Anyway, let it be the breath or the pause that maybe you didn't know you even need it because rest is productive and your energy knows what to do with quiet.
This is one of the mini gifts I've received from human design. It has taught me how to stop and listen and trust what my body is telling me. And honor that natural flow. I'm not acknowledging this, but I feel like I might be coming down with a little something and I don't ever get sick. My immune system is so [00:03:00] strong after raising my four sons.
Oh my gosh, I've been exposed to everything. I never get sick, so I'm not gonna acknowledge it, but I am going to listen to what it's starting to tell me. I've been pushing it a lot. I tend to do that as a generator. Lots of energy. When I'm excited about something, I can go, go, go, go, go. But today I thought I'm gonna listen.
So your challenge for this week, this is a short one. This is extra short this week, and that's part of it. Let one thing be easier than you usually allow. That's it. Don't fix it. Don't push it. Just let it be.
