With the new moon upon us in Cancer, the universe asks us to turn inward, embrace our emotions, and plant the seeds of intention for the month to come.

Well wouldn't you know it, as I was reading up on the effects of this particular new moon, I came across a recipe for a special brew which is touted to help crystalize the intentions you wish to set for this next lunar cycle.

Does it work? I'm not entirely sure, but in this episode I'll reveal the recipe so you can try it along with me as move into the moody month of July.
