Chris Radke

Chris became part of the Agri-King family in 2024, bringing his passion for learning and growth to every opportunity in agriculture and life. He’s honored to co-host the Agri-King Podcast with Mike, where he enjoys a front-row seat to conversations with some of the brightest minds in the business—a truly unparalleled learning experience.

Since 2006, Chris has shared his life with his lovely wife, and together they are proud parents to five amazing and energetic children who keep their days full of love, laughter, and activity.

Mike Donaldson

After graduating college, Mike returned to his family’s dairy farm.  He joined the Agri-King family in 1993 as an Area Manager.  2005 he moved to, his now home, the state of Michigan to become the Region Manager.  In 2013 he became a member of the Agir-King Sale Management Team where he currently leads the Midwest, coordinates training programs, and now has started a podcast to foster curiosity and help build connections within the ag industry to help grow the passion for agriculture.

Mike lives with his wife, Mary and they have a blended family of 3 sons, one daughter and two daughters-in-law.

Dr. Dave Jones

 Dr. Dave Jones is a Canadian-born expert in dairy nutrition. After earning a bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition from the University of Guelph, he discovered a passion for ruminants, leading to a master’s at West Virginia University under Will Hoover. Continuing this focus, Dr. Jones pursued further research in dairy nutrition at Ohio State University with Bill Weiss. Upon graduation, Dr. Jones joined Agri-King and has been dedicated to advancing dairy nutrition ever since.

Vance Crowe

Vance Crowe founded Legacy Interviews and has interviewed hundreds of people from all walks of life. His role is working with the client to be ready for their interview and then creating a great recorded conversation.

Vance is a communications expert and the founder of Legacy Interviews.  

Vance has been a deckhand on a ship, worked on a paving crew, served in the US Peace Corps in rural Kenya, has been a spokesman for a Fortune 500 company and was on a board of directors for a community bank.

Vance has a master’s degree in negotiations and has been named as a fellow with the US Center for Peace and Conflict studies and been awarded the meritorious communicator award for the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.  Vance lives in Saint Louis with his wife Ann, two daughters and their dog.  

Vance is an internationally recognized speaker teaching about communications, conflict negotiations and strategy development.
