Joe Carelli is a retired engineer having worked in the industrial services sector in roles ranging from a field service hand to a P&L executive, and even as a diplomat for the US government. Over 25 years, he has formed and led teams for entry, growth and operations in established and emerging markets in Europe, America, Africa and Central Asia. Originally from New York, Joe is currently out-of-office.
Joe has four children with Amparo, his wife of 43 years. Together they have two grandchildren and currently reside on Finca Andanza, which is their place in Spain.

Kamden LaHargoue
Kamden LaHargoue is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of various ventures. Some of his recent fields of investing/business is in: Ecommerce, product wholesale buying and selling, D2C marketing, crypto trading, real estate, car rentals, B2B product placement, podcasting, business consulting, public speaking, design and worldwide product manufacturing. Kam graduated with a degree in business with honors from Utah Valley University and also has an extensive background in competitive sports as he recently represented Utah on one of their high-level travel softball teams.
Kamden is a husband to Kristin and a daddy of 2 little boys named Ziggy (3) and Sunny (2) and his mission is to one day help people all over the world through service and making a lasting legacy that will grow into his future generations.

Lindsay Schiess
Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Therapy Utah. She specializes in trauma and addiction recovery. She also teaches aspiring therapists in the Social Work program at the University of Utah. Her experience and training allow her to empathize and navigate the healing journey with anyone.
As a teenager, Lindsay tragically lost her mother in a car accident and had to learn to survive and eventually thrive despite this tragic loss. Her journey inspires her to help others understand the healing process, learn resilience skills, and have the courage to face personal difficulties in their life. She is passionate about helping others choose a life that reflects their highest purpose, regardless of their challenges.
Lindsay and her husband, Kevin, have four children. She loves all things outdoors: skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. Her latest goal is to beat her husband in a round of golf.

Sharon Giles
Sharon Giles is currently Director of Human Resources at Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory. Previous employers include Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Orbital ATK. With a career spanning over four decades, Sharon has gained a wide breadth of professional experience, which encompasses the full breadth of key HR focus areas. She has worked in consumer products and aerospace, profit and not-for-profit, and manufacturing and corporate settings. Sharon’s career began in recruiting; migrated to safety; moved next to
employee relations, training and development; and then to talent management. From 2020 to 2022, Sharon taught or co-taught Mgmt 6675 Negotiation, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution as a USU-MHR adjunct instructor. She holds a BS from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Sharon currently serves on USU’s MHR Advisory Board.
