He serves as the Youth Program Director for North Paulding Football and leads the fifth-grade team. His coaching philosophy centers on player development, character building, and mental toughness, ensuring young athletes grow in skill and confidence.

A former player at Concordia himself, Daberkow quickly transitioned into coaching after graduation, driven by a strong faith and a commitment to impact lives through the game of football. Under his leadership, Concordia’s program has emphasized not just success on the field, but excellence in academics, leadership, and service. Daberkow is also one of the creators of the HeadSet App, an innovative communication tool designed to help coaches streamline game day operations. His coaching philosophy is rooted in faith, hard work, and building strong relationships with his players. Rebecca Dyer

Rebecca Dyer (Gray) is a former University of Kentucky basketball standout, Miss Kentucky Basketball 2007, and Scott County’s all-time leading scorer with over 2,900 points. A McDonald’s All-American nominee and EYBL national champion with AAU team The Family, Rebecca began her collegiate career at UNC before transferring to UK. Despite battling medical setbacks, she returned to the court with resilience and passion. After college, she served as head coach at Windermere Prep and now leads business development for a global sports data and analytics company. Rebecca is also a dedicated mom and youth coach, raising her son Harrison—an all-around athlete—in a household rooted in discipline, love, and competition. Her story reflects grit, growth, and the power of a winning mindset.
