Phillip is a native Oregonian and military veteran. He served in the US Marine Corps with the world famous VMA-214 Black Sheep. Excelling in each role, from technician to technical instructor, he was meritoriously promoted 3 times. Phillip attended University of Oregon, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in English.

He focuses on helping clients work toward achieving their retirement goals, focusing on Cash Flow, Tax Planning, Risk Management (insurance & estate planning) and Portfolio Management.

Phillip values family and service to the community, and served on the Boards of Oregon Community Credit Union and Neighborhood Church (Albany, OR). He spends his free time loving life with his wife and kids, whether it's walking, watching his kids try a new sport, building the newest Lego thing, or playing a family-oriented video game.
