Raised in a Christian home, Donald T. Williams devoted his life to Christ at an early age. Recognizing by his high-school years that he had a strong drive for the integration of faith and learning, he felt called to a ministry of preaching, teaching, and writing. He's a literary scholar, author, pastor, teacher, and philosopher.
Dr. Douglas Groothuis has fire in his bones for the Christian message and many irons in the fire to explain, defend, and apply it. He has been explaining the world to the church and explaining the church to the world for nearly fifty years through his teaching, preaching, writing, mentoring, and general witness. His passion is to take to the streets the truth and significance of the Christian worldview for all of life. To that end, he publishes both academic and popular works, preaches in churches, gives public lectures, engages in debates, and has appeared on hundreds of radio programs and podcasts since 1983. He is known as a knowledgeable, sharp, forceful, but gentle communicator of the Christian message.
Gil Friedman is the founder and head coach of Mental Athletics, a performance mindset coaching program for riders. As an NRHA professional trainer and lifelong competitor, Gil has a unique perspective on the mental needs of equestrian competitors. Perry Quarter Horses of Western KS is a 35-year program that has seen many changes, but they always stay true to themselves.
Rodney Yost is a 4th generation South Dakota rancher on the Broadaxe Ranch who has been involved with ranching and horses his entire life. He started training ponies at the age of 10 and trained his first horse at the age of 13. Since then, he has become one of the top trainers in South Dakota and throughout the Midwest.
Wendy Winn is a lifetime horseman and expert in saddle fitting. Wendy has worked for Burns Saddlery the last 20 years. During that time, she never stopped learning. Beyond being a gifted educator, Wendy is a passionate motivator, communicator, and lifelong student of the horse. She frequently does saddle fitting clinics and seminars around the country.
