Dustin is the founder and managing partner of Big Spring Capital, a real asset investment company that helps investors preserve and grow their wealth.

After discovering the power of investing in real assets, Dustin quickly became frustrated at the standard investment advice peddled by Wall Street, and developed a passion for bringing institutional-quality investment opportunities to Main Street investors.

Dustin has transacted more than $1.5M in real estate, encompassing long-term rentals, short-term rentals, small multifamily development, and fix-and-flips.

Prior to founding Big Spring Capital, Dustin earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, and spent more than a decade in consulting, finance, and tech. He held leadership roles in organizations ranging from Fortune 5 giants to small startups, and was instrumental in scaling a startup to $100M+ in revenue, ultimately culminating in a $3.2B acquisition.

Eugene Gershman

Eugene Gershman is a seasoned business executive with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and construction. His expertise ranges from finance to technology and he prides himself with ongoing search for innovation and growth.

After a short stint in financial services, Eugene formally joined the family business in 2004. Under his leadership GIS successfully managed several real estate development projects ranging from construction of luxury single‐ family custom homes to large commercial projects.

Gershman repositioned GIS’s niche to partner via joint ventures or co-GP structures with property owners and less experienced developers to bring their project to fruition.
