41. A Guided Visualization to Explore Who You’ve Been and Who You’re Becoming
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a grounding and visualization practice I originally taught earlier this year. As we head into the fullness of the holiday season, it felt like the perfect moment to offer a simple, supportive way to come back to yourself.
This 10-minute practice helps you reconnect with your body, your senses, and the deeper inner wisdom that is always available beneath the noise. You’ll move through gentle breathwork, sensory awareness, and a guided visualization that explores freedom, early memories, self-questioning, and a vision of your future creative self.
This is a centering exercise you can return to anytime you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or pulled in too many directions. It’s especially supportive for artists, creatives, and anyone wanting to feel more grounded, present, and aligned during busy seasons of life.
If you want to take this work deeper, I have two coaching spots open as we close out 2025. I help you build self-trust, reconnect with your body, and create from truth, so your art, relationships, and everyday life feel fully alive and fully yours.
