Josh Scott

Josh Scott is the Lead Pastor of GracePointe Church in Nashville and the author of Parables: Putting Jesus’s Stories in Their Place. He’s also written Bible Stories for Grown-Ups, Cross-Examined  and Context: Putting Scripture in it’s place.

Parables presents a core idea that Jesus’ parables aren’t simple morality tales; they are disruptive, context-rooted stories about the kingdom of God that challenge assumptions about power, justice, and community.
