KOA Unplugged

Come home to your body through breath work with Elif Clarke

Cori Season 1 Episode 16

Join Cori and Elif Clarke,  a highly experienced and intuitive Senior Trainer in Transformational Breath as they discuss the power of breath work, the importance of holding trauma informed spaces and how working from the heart can be so rewarding.

Elif is a warm, compassionate psychologist and accredited psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working in the NHS. She offers a gentle, supportive space for people to explore their inner world and heal at their own pace.

Blending psychology with breath work and body based (somatic) therapies, Elif helps clients reconnect with themselves and find a sense of safety and balance. She is trained in EMDR and works in an integrative way, drawing on approaches such as Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems.

Her approach is deeply trauma informed and rooted in nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and embodied presence. Elif’s work gently supports people in making sense of their experiences, building resilience, and feeling more grounded and whole.
