In this opening episode, I’m joined by the wonderful Giada Gaslini, the face of The School of Shamanism and Art & Spirituality Centre in Edinburgh. Together, we explore how acceptance and surrender are understood through a shamanic and somatic lens—why these states can be so deeply challenging, where resistance shows up in the body, and how we can gently navigate our way toward deeper acceptance in everyday life.
