Study Sleep Soothe is perfect for individuals with ASD, ADHD, or other neurodivergences. We offer a diverse library of natural and man-made sounds, (with and without music) to ensure a sensory-friendly experience for our listeners who may be experiencing overwhelm, frustration or sensory over-stimulation. We understand that sound is subjective; someone's heavenly sound, might be the next person's hellish sound! So we are creating as many variations of sounds we can, so that everyone will be able to find a sound that is JUST RIGHT for them.
Each episode is produced by Clare Bailey, who is herself, an autistic woman who works as a counselling psychotherapist and entrepreneurship coach.

The recordings are designed to help relax and regulate the listener. Not all recordings will have this effect on every listener, because sounds are subjective. What works for one, may not work for another. I am not a neuroscientist, a medical professional or a neurodiversity specialist.

I am a counsellor / musician with ASD, (and possibly ADHD too) who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night.
