🎧 Who Are We? ADHD + ASD Sounds is a sensory-friendly podcast designed to support people with ADHD, Autism (ASD), and other neurodivergent minds who want help with focus, productivity, sleep, and emotional regulation.🎧
Our episodes feature ADHD focus sounds, ambient soundscapes, nature sounds, and white, brown, pink, green, and copper noise to reduce distraction, overwhelm, and sensory overstimulation while supporting executive function, study, work, and relaxation.

We understand that sound is subjective; someone's heavenly sound, might be the next person's hellish sound! So we are creating as many variations of sounds we can, so that everyone will be able to find a sound that is JUST RIGHT for them.
Each episode is produced by Clare Bailey, who is herself, an AuDHD woman who works as a counselling psychotherapist and podcaster 'The Actualising Woman'.

🐞WHAT IS 'ADHD + ASD Sounds'?
Perfect for individuals with ASD and/or ADHD, We offer a diverse library of natural and man-made sounds, (with and without music) to ensure a sensory-friendly experience for our listeners who may be experiencing overwhelm, poor concentration, distraction, frustration or sensory over-stimulation. Our sounds also help neurodivergent people focus on study or work and fall asleep at bedtime.
The recordings are designed to help relax and regulate the listener. Not all recordings will have this effect on every listener, because sounds are subjective. What works for one, may not work for another.
👩🦰Who am I? I am a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night. I have made these episodes to help others achieve the same. All episodes are produced by me.. Clare Bailey, Counselling Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Coach (BA Hons) Acc. DHP.
